Christianity orders man to turn the other check in it's gentle teaching of passiveness. But what is forgotten is that the religion is made for saints, as Christ said "My Kingdom is not of this world" or "Give to Caesar what belongs to Caesar " in which case it leave aside political, social and economic questions and envisage all of its followers as potential saints . In fact such a religion can only function fully in a society of saints.

Religion tries to encompass the whole of man's life, in which case it must take into account the whole of man's nature with all the weaknesses and shortcomings it has, and legislate for the political and economic life of man as well as for the purely religious aspect of his existence .

Christianity by addressing itself only to the potential saints has failed in establishing itself as a religion for the nation. For those Christians who have ruled, history reflects their failure: injustice, oppression, wars and chaos ... ending up in a revolution of freedom from the shackles of the church.
