I want to give you a view of a different personality getting crucified considering the verses of bible itself said by Jesus before crucifixion and while getting crucified.
╚►1. Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do.[Luke 23:34]
This is the verse which Christian consider to be best example to show mercy to enemies even when they are about to kill you but whenever I read this verse some questions arise in my mind and find it very confusing and contradicting.
Question no.1 Why Jesus is asking Father to forgive; didn't he have authority to forgive?
But here Jesus claimed something else ‘And, behold, they brought to him a man sick of the palsy, lying on a bed: and Jesus seeing their faith said unto the sick of the palsy; Son, be of good cheer; thy sins be forgiven thee’.
Question no.2 Why Jesus is asking for the forgiveness of his killers when he himself many times cursed Jews, Parsees and lawyers?
“Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of
╚►2. ‘And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, “Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani?” that is to say, “My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?” [Mathew 27”46]
This is according to Christians’ assumption that Jesus cried in a loud voice saying the above words while he was being crucified. This is a great insult as such words could only come from unbelievers in God. Further, it is incredible that such words should come out from a Prophet/Son of God because God never breaks His Promise and His Prophets never complained against His Promise.
Further why would God leave his son forsaken when he asked for His help
‘And he went a little farther, and fell on his face, and prayed, saying, “O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt.”
and when he agreed it to happen as God wills then why would Jesus object on the will of God and complaining for the treatment? When he himself said :
Mathew 7:7-8 -
Luke 11:9-10 -
“Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.”
►►CONCLUSION: The person we see getting crucified is completely different or you can say opposite to the personality of Jesus which we see preaching in Jerusalem.
Should we consider that he was having Split personality which changes from time and circumstances?
Should we say he forgot his own preached message at the last time of his life or it didn’t work for him?
