allah

Allah's Knowledge, Power and Kingdom are Limitless

Allah states,

He it is Who created the heavens and the earth in six Days and then rose (Istawa) over the Throne.

Allah the Exalted states that He created the heavens and earth, and all that is between them, in six Days and then rose over the Throne after He created them. We discussed this before in the explanation of Surah Al-A`raf, so it is not necessary to repeat the meaning here.

Allah's statement,

He knows what goes into the earth,

indicates His knowledge in the amount of seeds and drops of water that enter inside the earth's surface,

and what comes forth from it,

of plants, vegetation and fruits.

Allah the Exalted said in another Ayah,

And with Him are the keys of all that is hidden, none knows them but He. And He knows whatever there is in the land and in the sea; not a leaf falls, but He knows it. There is not a grain in the darkness of the earth nor anything fresh or dry, but is written in a Clear Record. (6:59)

Allah's statement,

and what descends from the heaven,

pertains to rain, snow, hail and whatever Allah decides descends from heaven of decisions and commandments brought down by the honorable angels.

Allah's statement,

and what ascends thereto, (refers to angels and deeds).

In the Sahih, there is a Hadith in which the Prophet said,

To Him ascend the deeds of the night before the day falls and the deeds of the day before the night falls.

Allah said,

And He is with you wheresoever you may be. And Allah is the All-Seer of what you do.

meaning, He is watching over you and witnessing your deeds wherever you may be, on land or at sea, during the night or the day, at home or in open areas or deserts. All of that is the same before His knowledge and all of it is under His sight and hearing. He hears your speech and sees where you are. He knows your secrets and your public statements,

No doubt! They did fold up their breasts, that they may hide from Him. Surely, even when they cover themselves with their garments, He knows what they conceal and what they reveal. Verily, He is the All-Knower of the (secrets) of the breasts. (11:5)

Allah the Exalted said,

It is the same (to Him) whether any of you conceals his speech or declares it openly, whether he be hid by night or goes forth freely by day. (13:10)

Surely, there is no deity worthy of worship, except Allah.

In the Sahih, there is a Hadith in which the Messenger of Allah answered Jibril, when he asked him about Ihsan:

أَنْ تَعْبُدَ اللهَ كَأَنَّكَ تَرَاهُ، فَإِنْ لَمْ تَكُنْ تَرَاهُ فَإِنَّهُ يَرَاك

To worship Allah as if you see Him, and even though you cannot see Him, He surely sees you.

jesus god

◕◔ The God of Jesus ◕◔

● It is shocking to Christians that their so claimed God (Jesus) had a God that he himself worshiped and took him as his absolute one God and did not held himself more than a servant of that One Holy God. and the bible itself testify

■ Prophecies of the Old Testament
the Prophecies of the Old Testament reveals the nature of the expected Messiah, and without a doubt all the prophecies refers to the Messiah as a man chosen by God, and there is nothing that indicates that he is a God or any supernatural being.

[Micah 5:4]
"In the majesty of the name of the Lord his God ."

[Jeremiah 23:5]
"The days are coming," declares the LORD, "when I will raise up TO DAVID a righteous Branch, a King who will reign wisely and do what is just and right in the land.

■ Also in the New Testament Jesus was believed to have a God, he never said that he himself is God nor preached so.

Jesus said in [Mark 12:29]
"The most important one," answered Jesus, "is this: 'Hear, O Israel, the Lord OUR God, the Lord is one." notice he did not said your God but he said the Lord OUR God, he included himself as a servant of God.

The Bible also record Jesus saying: ""Why do you call me good?" Jesus answered. "No one is good–except God alone." [Mark 10:18]

[Matthew 27:46 and Mark 15:34] says:
"And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, Eli, Eli,
lama sabachthani? that is to say, MY GOD, MY GOD, why hast thou forsaken me?"

Also in [John 20:17] he said:
"Go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father , and your Father; and to my God, and your God ."
see [Quran 5:117] www.quran.com/5/117

■ Also non of the disciples believed that Jesus is God at any time, they all preached that he is the Messiah, and oneness of God.

Peter begins his first epistle by saying:
"Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ" [I Peter
1:3]

He also declared: “The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, the God of our fathers, has glorified HIS SERVANT Jesus.” [Acts 3:13]

Peter stood up with the eleven disciples and addressed the crowd saying: “Men of Israel, listen to this: Jesus of Nazareth was A MAN ACCREDITED BY GOD to you by miracles, wonders and signs, which GOD DID among you THROUGH HIM, as you yourselves know.” [Acts 2:22]

he also said: “We must obey God rather than men! The God of our fathers raised Jesus...” [Acts 5:29-30]

All the disciples said: “...your holy servant Jesus, whom you anointed.” [Acts 4:27]

■ Paul says in [Ephesians 1:3]
"Blessed be the GOD and Father OF our Lord JESUS Christ"
and again in verse 17: "That the GOD OF our Lord JESUS Christ , the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him ."

And in [Romans 15:6]:
"So that with one heart and mouth you may glorify THE GOD and Father OF our Lord Jesus Christ."

■ The writer of Hebrews says of Jesus in [Hebrews 1:9]
"Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even YOUR GOD , has anointed you the oil of gladness above thy fellows."

Also in [Revelation 1:6]
"And has made us to be a kingdom and priests to serve HIS GOD and Father– to him be glory and power for ever and ever! Amen."

■■ Someone might argue and say that all of this refer to the human nature of Jesus!! what about this? Jesus was ascended and in heaven with the Father when Paul, Peter, and the author of Hebrews wrote, but to them Jesus still had a God! The ascended Jesus who have no more human nature says in [Revelation 3:12]:

"Him that overcometh will I (Jesus) make a pillar in the temple of MY GOD, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of MY GOD, and the name of the city of MY GOD, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from MY GOD"

● No One can be the Supreme God and have a God at the same time. So the Bible's said it clear that Jesus do have a God whom he called "Alaha" in his Aramaic language.

la ntdwd lbkwn hymnw bALAHA[ܒܐܠܗܐ] wby hymnw.
Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in Alaha, believe also in me.

"O People of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), do not commit excess in your religion or say about Allah (God) except the truth. The Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary, was but a messenger of Allah and His word which He directed to Mary and a soul [created at a command] from Him. So believe in Allah and His messengers. And do not say, "Three"; desist - it is better for you. Indeed, Allah is but one God. Exalted is He above having a son. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. And sufficient is Allah as Disposer of affairs." [Quran 4:171]

fasting

Surah Al-Baqarah V. 185

“Ramadhan is the (month) in which was sent down the Qur'an, as a guide to mankind, also clear (Signs) for guidance and judgment (Between right and wrong). So every one of you who is present (at his home) during that month should spend it in fasting, but if any one is ill, or on a journey, the prescribed period (Should be made up) by days later. Allah intends every facility for you; He does not want to put to difficulties. (He wants you) to complete the prescribed period, and to glorify Him in that He has guided you; and perchance ye shall be grateful.”

Allah continues in this Surah telling us more about Ramadan and instructing us that this is the month that the Quran was sent to mankind as a guide and to give us clear signs from Allah to guide us and to show us how to judge. This explains to us that Quran is not just a guide for how to worship but also to legislate (judge). It is a complete guide for us to live our lives by.

Every year we remind ourselves of this by reciting the whole Quran or a part of it during the nightly prayers (taraweeh).

Allah also reminds us that He wants for us ease and not difficulty. This verse shows us that nothing in Islam is difficult or inconvenient. If Allah ordered it, then it can be done without difficulty. This is a promise from Allah, the Lord of the Worlds...to us--his slaves. SubhanAllah, what a generous and merciful Lord we have!

fasting

(156) Zaid ibn Khalid Al-Juhani reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said, “Whoever feeds a person who is breaking his fast will earn the same reward as his without anything being lessened from the reward of the fasting person.”

[Sunan At-Tirmidhi, Book of Fasting, Number 807, Sahih]

things that may invalid fasting

THINGS THAT MAY INVALIDATE FASTING
1. Eating, drinking, and having sexual intercourse.
Allah says (which means), “…So now have sexual relations with them and seek that which Allah has ordained for you (offspring), and eat and drink until the white thread (light) of dawn appears to you distinct from the black thread (darkness of night), then complete your 'saum' (fast) till the nightfall....” (Al-Baqarah: 187)
Sheikh al-Sa’di said, “Allah has allowed eating, drinking, and having sexual intercourse in all the nights.” (Tafseer al-Sa’di, for this verse)
2. Releasing drop of semen intentionally, either due to flirting or masturbation.
It is stated in the hadith narrated by Abu Hurairah radiyallahu 'anhu, The Prophet sallallahu 'alayhi wa sallam said about the condition of one who is fasting, “…One who fasts means staying away from foods, drinks, and vain desire for the sake of Me….” (Narrated by al-Bukhari and Muslim)
One who releases a drop of semen forcefully means one is not staying away from the vain desire while fasting.
3. An infuse injection.
An infusion is one of the things that invalidate fasting because its status is the same as foods.
4. Periodic menstruation or nifas.
The Prophet sallallahu 'alayhi wa sallam said, “Aren’t women having period or nifas not allowed to perform any salah and fasting?”
On the authority of Aishah radiyallahu 'anha, “Previously, women who were having period at the time of The Prophet sallallahu 'alayhi wa sallam, we (the women) were ordered to make up (replace) the fasting and not ordered to make up the salah.” (Narrated by al-Bukhari and Muslim)
5. Vomiting intentionally.
On the authority of Abu Hurairah radiyallahu 'anhu, The Prophet sallallahu 'alayhi wa sallam said, “Whoever needs to vomit then no obligation to make up (the fasting) for him, however, whoever vomits intentionally therefore he needs to make it up (his fasting).” (Narrated by Abu Daud and al-Turmudhi; considered sahih by al-Albani)

pay fidyah

PAY FIDYAH (RANSOM FOR THE INABILITY TO FAST)
Elderly or those who are sick in which their sickness are unable to be cured.
1. Allah says (which means), “And as for those who can fast with difficulty, (e.g. an old man), they have (a choice either to fast or) to feed 'al-miskin' (poor person) (for every day)....” (Al-Baqarah: 184)
Ibn Abbas radiyallahu ‘anhuma said, “this verse is not being eliminated (its ruling). This verse is applicable for those who are old or elderly women who are not able to fast. Therefore, they are obliged to feed a poor person as much as the day that they are not fasting” (Narrated by al-Daruqutni, with its sanad considered as sahih)
On the authority of Anas Ibn Malik radiyallahu 'anhu, it was when he was not able to fast for one specific year (for one month), he then made a flour dough and invited 30 poor people, he then made them full. (Narrated by al-Daruqutni, considered sahih by al-Albani)
2. A pregnant or breastfeeding woman if she is worried of her and her children’s health.
On the authority of Anas Ibn Malik radiyallahu 'anhu, The Prophet sallallahu 'alayhi wa sallam said, “Indeed Allah has erased any obligation to fast and half of salah for traveler and he has eliminated any obligation to fast for pregnant women and those who give breastfeed.” (Narrated by al-Turmudhi and al-Nasa’i; considered sahih by al-Albani)
There is also another narration from Ibn Abbas, that he saw one of his female slave who is pregnant or breastfeeding (while fasting), then he said, “You are one of those people who are not able to fast. Then you are obliged to pay fidyah (ransom) and not needed to make up the fasting.” (Narrated by al-Daruqutni; with sahih sanad)
There is also one narration from Malik from Nafi’, that Ibn Umar radiyallahu 'anhuma was asked about pregnant women who are worried about their children (while fasting), he said, “She is allowed to breakfast and feed the poor person with a handful of wheat as many as days that she does not fast.” (Narrated by al-Baihaqi from the way of Imam Shafi’i; with its sanad considered sahih)
THE MEASUREMENT FOR FIDYAH (RANSOM)
1. A half of sa’ (+ 1,5 kg) wheat or bur (one type of wheat) or rice or any other raw staple food.
2. One portion of food for a poor person that make him full
