Kinder zu erziehen und auszubilden ist eine Pflicht, die Eltern vorgeschrieben ist. Allâh hat dies im Qurân vorgeschrieben und der Gesandte (möge Allâh ihn in Ehren halten und ihm Wohlergehen schenken!) hat es ebenfalls vorgeschrieben. Allâh sagt:
„O ihr, die den Glauben verinnerlichen! Schützt euch und eure Angehörigen vor einem Feuer, dessen Brennstoff die Menschen und die Steine sind! Über ihm sind Engel, gestrenge, gewaltige. Sie lehnen sich gegen Allâh nicht auf in dem, was Er ihnen anordnet, und tun, was ihnen geheißen." (Sûra 66:6).

Corruption has appeared throughout the land and sea by [reason of] what the hands of people have earned so He may let them taste part of [the consequence of] what they have done that perhaps they will return [to righteousness].
ظَهَرَ الْفَسَادُ فِي الْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْرِ بِمَا كَسَبَتْ أَيْدِي النَّاسِ لِيُذِيقَهُم بَعْضَ الَّذِي عَمِلُوا لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْجِعُونَ

![What happens between the time we are children and have no automatic hate or malice in our hearts, to the the time we are adults and forget what its like to be truly free?
Where is the inate humanity and untouched abilty to see the kindness first. I know there must be evil in order to have good.
But when did it become excepted to just kill without thought?
I for one have NO words to describe this picture NOR do I even venture towards understanding this father's extreme pain, despair and hurt for the loss of his baby...
We, muslims, take refuge in the words of the creator, Allaah aza wah jall, the master of the day of judgement as stated in Allaah's book, Al Qu'ran:
Surat Al Baqarah (#2) Ayats: 155-157
Sahih International:
155: And We will surely test you with something of fear and hunger and a loss of wealth and lives and fruits, but give good tidings to the patient,
156: Who, when disaster strikes them, say, "Indeed we belong to Allah , and indeed to Him we will return."

Truly as Allah - The Almighty - said:
(44) And if We had made it a non-Arabic Qur'an, they would have said, "Why are its verses not explained in detail [in our language]? Is it a foreign [recitation] and an Arab [messenger]?"
Say, "It is, for those who believe, a guidance and cure." And those who do not believe - in their ears is deafness, and it is upon them blindness. Those are being called from a distant place.
[41. Surat Fussilat]
وَلَو جَعَلنٰهُ قُرءانًا أَعجَمِيًّا لَقالوا لَولا فُصِّلَت ءايٰتُهُ ۖ ءَأَعجَمِىٌّ وَعَرَبِىٌّ ۗ قُل هُوَ لِلَّذينَ ءامَنوا هُدًى وَشِفاءٌ ۖ وَالَّذينَ لا يُؤمِنونَ فى ءاذانِهِم وَقرٌ وَهُوَ عَلَيهِم عَمًى ۚ أُولٰئِكَ يُنادَونَ مِن مَكانٍ بَعيدٍ ﴿٤٤﴾ سورة فصلت
