This man is protesting from last 10 years and claims he is maintaining silence and never uttered a single word from last decade and will continue not to speak till the government stop charging money for water. He says water is a natural source and one should not pay for it.
We made him aware of Allah one who provides water and created us from verses of Quran. May Allah guide him.
