hadith

Abu Burda reported from his father: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Three persons will receive a double reward: a man from the people of the Book who believes in his prophet and believes in Muhammad; a servant owned by his master who fulfills the rights of Allah and his master; and a man who owns a servant girl and he mentors her, teaches her beautiful manners, and educates her in the best way, then he emancipates her and marries her. These will have a double reward.”

[Sahih Bukhari, Book 3, Number 97]

Women Lightening their yeBrows

‏‎Invite to God‎‏
EWomen Lightening their
yeBrows –

Q:The habit of lightening eyebrows has recently spread among women; they lighten the hairs below and above the eyebrow, so that it resembles Nams (removing hair from the face/eyebrows). This habit is an imitation of Western countries. The lightening substance is also medically harmful. What is the ruling of Shari`ah (Islamic law) on this deed? Please advise. May Allah reward you! It is worth mentioning that most women request a written Fatwa (legal opinion issued by a qualified Muslim scholar), and refuse to abide by verbal ones. May Allah make us benefit from it and preserve the religion of this Ummah (nation based on one creed). Indeed, He is the One able to do so. Ans: It is not permissible to lighten above and below the eyebrows in the way that was mentioned, as it entails changing Allah’s creation and resembles Nams which is prohibited, being in the same sense. It is even more prohibited if it entails imitation of non-Muslims, or if it is harmful to the body or hair. This is because Allah (Exalted be He) says: …and do not throw yourselves into destruction The Prophet (peace be upon him) also said: “There should be neither harming nor reciprocating
harm.” May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions. The Permanent Committee for

Rising & setting point of Sun

Rising & setting point of Sun

No! I swear by the Lord of the easts and wests that We have the power. (Qur’an, Al-Maarij -70:40)
Lord of the heavens and the Earth and everything between them; Lord of the easts. (Qur’an, As-Saaffat- 37:5)
The Lord of the two easts and the Lord of the two wests. (Qur’an, Ar-Rahman -55:17)

As can be discerned, the words east and west are used in the plural sense in the above verses. For instance, the word “mashaariq,” used in the first verse for “east,” and the word “maghaarib” used for “west,” are in plural form, indicating that there are two of each. The words “mashriqayn” and “maghribayn” in the last verse are used for two easts and two wests. “Mashaariq” and “maghaarib” also mean the place where the Sun rises and sets. The above verses are therefore referring to different sites of the dawning and closing of the day. It is also worthy of note that the vow is taken by the Lord of “the easts and wests” in the first verse.
The axis around which the Earth revolves itself is at an angle of 23˚ 27′. Due to that angle, and the spherical shape of the Earth, the light rays from the Sun do not always strike it at the same angle. This means that the Sun rises at different points in the east and sets at different points in the west.
That the expressions regarding east and west in the above verses indicate the Sun rising and setting at different points reveals a great wisdom. (Allah knows best.)

seven people will be shaded by Allah under His shade

Narrated Abu Huraira (May Allah be Pleased with him): The Prophet (Peace be upon him) said,

"Seven people will be shaded by Allah under His shade on the day when there will be no shade except His. They are:
(1) a just ruler;
(2) a young man who has been brought up in the worship of Allah, (i.e. worship Allah (Alone) sincerely from his childhood),
(3) a man whose heart is attached to the mosque (who offers the five compulsory congregational prayers in the mosque);
(4) two persons who love each other only for Allah's sake and they meet and part in Allah's cause only;
(5) a man who refuses the call of a charming woman of noble birth for an illegal sexual intercourse with her and says: I am afraid of Allah;
(6) a person who practices charity so secretly that his left hand does not know what his right hand has given (i.e. nobody knows how much he has given in charity).
(7) a person who remembers Allah in seclusion and his eyes get flooded with tears."

(Saheeh Al Bukhari, Book # 24, Hadith # 504)

Deviant Groups: Are They in Islam?

O, Christ worshipers!

O, Christ worshipers!
A Poem Refuting Christianity
by Ibnul Qayyim m Al-Jawziyya (1292–1350 CE)

Oh, Christ worshipers! We want an answer to our question from your wise.

If the Lord was murdered by some people’s act…what sort of god is this?

We wonder! Was He pleased by what they did Him? If yes,
blessed be they..they achieved the pleasure of His

But if He was discontented….this means their power subjugated His!!

Was the whole entity left without a Sustainer… so who answered the prayers?

Were the heavens vacated…when He laid under the ground somewheres?

Were all the worlds left without a God…to manage while His hands were nailed?

Why did not the angles help Him when they heard him while he wailed?

How could the rods stand to bear the True Lord when He was fastened

How could the iron reach Him and His body pinioned?

How could His enemies’ hands reach Him and slap His rear

And was Christ revived by himself…or the Reviver was another god?

What a sight it is!A grave that enclosed a god!
What’s more weird is the belly that had Him in it!

He stayed there for nine months in utter darkness…fed by blood!

Then he got out of the womb as a small baby,
weak and gaping to be breastfed!

He ate and drank, and did what that naturally resulted in.
Is this a god??!!

High Exalted be Allah above the lies of Christians
All of them will be held accountable for their libels

Oh cross worshipers…for what reason is it exalted
and blamed who rejects it?

Is it not the logic to break and burn it along with the one who innovated it?

Since the Lord was crucified on it…and his hands were fastened to it?

That is really a cursed cross to carry…so discard it
Don’t kiss it!

The Lord was abused on it…and you adore it?
So you are one of His enemies!!

If you extol it because it carried the Lord of the worlds

why don’t you prostrate yourself and worship graves,
since the grave contained your god in it?

So, Christ worshiper, open your eyes,
this is what the matter is all about.

why the Quran (5:116) criticizes them for worshipping Mary as a god, or why the Quran says that Mary is part of the Trinity. ?

Christians question why the Quran (5:116) criticizes them for worshipping Mary as a god, or why the Quran says that Mary is part of the Trinity. ?

first, the Quran does not say that Mary is part of the Trinity, Quran speaks about Mary being worshipped as diety.

"And behold! Allah will say: O Jesus the son of Mary! Didst thou say unto men, Take me and my mother for two gods beside Allah? He will say: Glory to Thee! Never could I say what I had no right (to say). Had I said such a thing, Thou wouldst indeed have known it. Thou knowest what is in my heart, though I know not what is in Thine. For Thou knowest in full all that is hidden." Quran 5:116

Secondly Christians do worship Marry, Christians give mary titles which indicates that she is divine or holy like "Mother of God", "Gate of Heaven", "Holy Mary", "Queen of Heaven" ...etc

also Christian always claim that Mary has appeared through ages at various places on earth, indicating that she is supernatural or divine being. they also give here supernatural powers like miracles of healings...etc

proof [www.roman-catholic-saints.com/titles-of-mary.html]

you will rarely find a Christian Church that is not filled by pictures and statues of Mary, standing on a crescent moon or wearing a crown or with a circle of stars around her head.

Now, let's see the official rosary of the Catholic Church!

"Hail, HOLY Queen, Mother of Mercy, hail, our life, our sweetness, and our hope! TO THEE do we cry, poor banished children of Eve! To thee do we send up our sighs, mourning and weeping in this vale of tears. Turn then, most gracious advocate, thine eyes of mercy toward us; and after this, our exile, show us the blessed fruit of thy womb, Jesus. O clement, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary!" [http://www.evangelicaloutreach.org/rosary.htm]

this makes it obvious that Mary is being worshipped by Christians (especially Catholics), even if they try to hide or deny it but the facts speak for themselves.

Christians, get back to the straight path, leave the pagan cults and revert to Islam, the religion of Jesus, Mary and all the prophets.

Sister Christina revert to Islam

Sister Christina revert to Islam

I Felt the Power of That Night
That night and that feeling definitely stood out to me, and that pushed me to take the next step to further my education about Islam

For me, I always felt that connection with God.

Within the trinity, looking back, I think my connection was with the “father”, like you know you want to go to the highest authority.

So with the Father, the son and the Holy Spirit you go to the highest figure, so I always had that connection.

And you know, my favorite part of church always was coming back after the communion and you pray, and you say like “bless my Mummy and my doggy and everything”. And so I felt I always had that spiritual connection.

When my family left the Catholic church after the scandal with the Catholic priests and the boys, a friend in high school introduced me to Islam. Then as I had just entered my freshman year in college in Virginia, I was actually invited by some friends I had met at the MSA (Muslim Student Association), I was a non-Muslim, but it was Ramadan and everyone was fasting and they took me at night to the masjid (mosque) for laylatul-qadr (the night of power in the last 10 days of Ramadan).

I had never been in a masjid before, and walking in I could feel the power of that night. I went into the kind of dark room, and everyone was praying and a lot of people were crying, and I didn’t know what was going on. And I walked in, and some lady pulled my arm and pulled me in-line, and so I was just like mind of … okey … , and then I would hear something again and again, Allahu Akbar, and then I followed and I would do the next thing.

But that night and that feeling definitely stood out to me, and that kind of pushed me to take the next step to further my own education for myself about Islam.

Two Turning Points

I always tell people that there were two types of turning points: there was laylatul-qadr which was like me feeling that spiritual connection, and then there was my education. You can tell he is so at peace with his life and his Creator,

Imam Zaid Shakir has a “Back to Basics: Islam 101” set of DVDs. It goes through everything: it talks about the pillars, the articles of faith, and it addresses things that often make non-Muslims shy away from Islam, like what’s the deal with Ossama bin Laden, what’s the deal with the Taliban, … all those issues, and he addresses them, and just the way he talks Ma-Shaa-Allah he’s a great speaker.

You can tell he is so at peace with his life and his Creator, so that really educated me on everything. And that was what pushed me to say OK, I am a Muslim, I need to take the next step to say the Shahadah, so I did that at the masjid.

Al-Hamdulel-Allah, I’m not one of those stories where my parents wanted to kick me out. My parents saw that I was happy, while at High School not so happy. So when they saw that I was actually finding something that made me happy, of course they want that for me.

My parents weren’t that happy about the hijab, they did not want me to wear the hijab, but they’ve got used to it, Al-Hamdulel-Allah as I did not think that would happen. I just graduated from college and I’m home, they don’t really make any more comments, it’s just they now accept it Al-Hamdulel-Allah. And my mother and I are very close and she has actually started buying me hijab, so Al-Hamdulel-Allah.

Ramadan

All the nights in Ramadan, not only laylatul-qadr, after fasting and everyone goes to the masjid and you can feel that power of the night of praying taraweeh, that’s the most special part of Ramadan for me, as well as the discipline in the day, as I never realized I was so not disciplined.

You really don’t realize how much you take food and water for granted until every time you go to get some you realize you can’t. So that discipline I feel is very important for everyone.

I would love just to be able to sit down and really talk from my heart about how happy I am. I know everyone whether they say there is no God, or if they say I don’t care if I die that’s it, you have those questions, and I think everyone has those questions about what happens when I die, and I know there must be something else going on, and for me to find that peace, I would love to give that to them through Islam.

What I found for myself is that we think we have control when things are going good, but when something goes bad that’s when people say O my God, or they cry out to God, and that moment of realizing that God is the One in control, I think that humbling effect is what can really change people’s lives and lead them to realizing that God is in control.

There is One God.

hadith of who will inter the heaven

Abu Sa’eed Al-Khudri reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Allah will enter the people of Paradise into Paradise among whoever He wills from His mercy, and He will enter the people of Hellfire into the Hellfire, then He will say: Look for those whom you find faith in their hearts as much as a mustard seed and bring them out. Then they will be brought out having been burned and turned into charcoal. They will be thrown into the river of life and will sprout just as a seed in the silt is carried away by the flood; have you not seen that it comes out yellow and entwined?”

[Sahih Muslim, Book 1, Number 355]
