THE STARS:

THE STARS:

As we know, the stars are heavenly bodies like the Sun. They are the scene of various physical phenomena of which the easiest to observe is their generation of light. They are heavenly bodies that produce their own light.

The word 'star' appears thirteen times in the Qur'an (najm, plural nujum); it comes from a root meaning to appear, to come into sight. The word designates a visible heavenly body without saying of what kind, i.e. either generator of light or mere reflector of light received. To make it clear that the object so designated is a star, a qualifying phrase is added as in the following sura:

--sura 86, verses 1-3:
"By the sky and the Night-Visitor, who will tell thee what the Night-Visitor is, the Star of piercing brightness."

The evening star is qualified in the Qur'an by the word takib meaning 'that which pierces through something' (here the night shadows) . The same word is moreover used to designate shooting stars (sura 37, verse 10): the latter are the result of combustion .
Astronomy in the Qur'an - NATURE OF HEAVENLY BODIES.

god

The most common Christian image of God is "the big man in the sky", whereas in Islam, God's attributes transcend those of His Creation. How can the 'Created' possibly equate to the CREATOR?

|BIBLE:

"Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth." {Exodus 20:4-5}

hadith

Ibn Umar reported: We were discussing the farewell sermon while the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, was among us. We did not know what farewell sermon meant, so he praised and glorified Allah, then he mentioned the False Messiah and he described him, saying, “Allah did not send any prophet except that he would warn his nation. Noah warned his nation and so did the prophets after him. Verily, he will appear from among you, and it may happen that some of his qualities are hidden from you but the state of your Lord is clear and not hidden.” He said this three times, and said, “Verily, your Lord is not blind in one eye while he is blind in his right eye which looks like a bulging grape. Verily, Allah has sanctified your lives and property to one another just like the sanctity of this day of yours, in this city of yours, in this month of yours. Have I not conveyed the message?” They said, “Yes.” He said three times, “O Allah, bear witness.” Then he said, “Woe unto you!” or he said, “Woe betide you! Do not return to unbelief after me by striking the necks of each other!”

[Sahih Bukhari, Book 59, Number 685]

this was tried by everyone of us.

This was tried by everyone of us. The ache of being prejudged as Muslim. All we ask non Muslims is to learn about Islam before offending us.

This is the same feeling that any person feels when being prejudged. And though we tried it because of being constantly prejudged, we still prejudge each other.

Translation: {O ye who believe! If a wicked person comes to you with any news, ascertain the truth, lest ye harm people unwittingly, and afterwards become full of repentance for what ye have done.}

Translation: {O ye who believe! Avoid suspicion as much (as possible): for suspicion in some cases is a sin: And spy not on each other, nor speak ill of each other behind their backs. Would any of you like to eat the flesh of his dead brother? Nay, ye would abhor it...But fear Allah. For Allah is Oft-Returning, Most Merciful.}

prayer

It was narrated from Anas ibn Maalik (RA) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:

“Make your rows straight for I can see you behind my back.”

Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 686; Muslim, 425.

It was narrated from ‘Abd-Allaah ibn ‘Umar (RA) that the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:

“Make your rows straight, stand shoulder to shoulder and close the gaps, and do not resist your brothers’ hands. Do not leave any gaps for the Shaytaan. Whoever complete a row, Allaah will reward him, and whoever breaksa row, Allaah will forsake him.

Abu Dawood said: What is meant by “Do not resist your brothers’ hands” is that a man should be easy-going if his brother pushes him forwards or backwards to make the row straight. (‘Awn al-Ma’bood).

Narrated by Abu Dawood, 666; al-Nasaa’i, 819. Classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh Abi Dawood, 620.

Next time think before you want to leave a gap between you and your brother!

dream

If there are financial responsibilities or debts owed which are not recorded, a will should be made to safeguard the rights of others in case one dies in sleep. ‘Abdullaah ibn ‘Umar quoted Allaah’s Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) as saying: “It is not permissible for any Muslim who has something to bequeath, to pass two nights without having his written will with him.”

no wine

◕ In the Old Testament God "Yahweh" who is supposed to be the father of Jesus (or Jesus himself) told people Not to Drink wine and insisted that drinking wine or giving it to people is a great sin

"Woe unto him that giveth his neighbour drink, that puttest thy bottle to him, and makest him drunken . . ." [Habbakuk 2:15]

"Wine is a mocker and beer a brawler; whoever is led astray by them is not wise." [Proverbs 20:1]

"He who loves pleasure will become poor; whoever loves wine and oil will never be rich." [Proverbs 21:17]

"Woe to those who rise early in the morning to run after their drinks, who stay up late at night till they are inflamed with wine." [Isaiah 5:11]

"Woe to those who are heroes at drinking wine and champions at mixing drinks" [Isaiah 5:22]

Also [Proverbs 23:20 & Jeremiah 35:6 & Isaiah 28:7 & Judges 13:4 ...]

◕ But in the new Testament we find that Jesus Yahweh's son or Yahweh himself according to Christians was drinking wine and giving it to people to get drunk!!

"And there were set there six water-pots of stone ... containing two or three firkins [sixty gallons] apiece ... Jesus saith unto them, Fill the water-pots with water. And they filled them up to the brim ... When the ruler of the feast had tasted the water that was made wine, and knew not whence it was ... the governor of the feast called the bridegroom, And saith unto him, Every man at the beginning doth set forth good wine; and when men have ⇨Well Drunk, then that which is worse: but thou hast kept the good wine until now." [John 2:1-10]

"Once more he visited Cana in Galilee, where he had turned the water into wine." [John 4:46]

"And no one after drinking old wine wants the new, for he says, 'The old is better.'" [Luke 5:39]

Was the Biblical Jesus impious hypocrite ?? is not this a sin according to the law ?!!

"[Jesus] said, "Indeed, I am the servant of Allah . He has given me the Scripture and made me a prophet. And He has made me blessed wherever I am and has enjoined upon me prayer and Charity as long as I remain alive. And [made me] dutiful to my mother, and He has not made me a wretched tyrant."
[Qur'an 19:30-32]
