Being a police officer can be a very noble profession, being at the service of people, to serve and to protect.
It's a shame when you have these kind of thugs in the police force, that give good cops a bad name.
From the video we see that he could of broken her neck, back, or even killed her, since she's being slammed on her head. No excuse for this, very disturbing for any parent to see their child being slammed like this at school, where they presume they are safe and in good hands.

Parents we need to do our best and teach our children to be well mannered and respectful, never to curse, use foul language, or to be disrespectful towards anyone. This is one of our best preventive measures against these kind of thugs that are out there.
