Quran Corrects the Bible -2

    Quran Corrects the Bible -2
    Do God Needing Food ?
God eats solid food with Abraham. (Bible Genesis 18:1-8)
    { According to the Matthew Henry Complete Commentary on (Genesis 18:1-18), God was one of the visitors who ate with Abraham.}
Excuse; Abraham's visitors were just men or angels, God was not with them.
Correction: God is Self Sufficient and beyond needing or wanting any of the things that sustain a human to live, such as food.
Here we see that God corrects what is written in Genesis by declaring within the Quran:
"Say: 'Shall I take for my protector any other than Allah, the Maker of the heavens and the earth? And He it is that feedeth but is not fed." (Glorious Quran 6:14)

Latinas converting to Islam for identity and structure

A story: Muslims

A story: Muslims were walking down the road with pitchers of water. They passed by some people sitting on the sidewalk who were thirsty. The Muslims ignored them and kept on walking. A few minutes later someone came by and provided alcohol to these thirsty people. The people on the sidewalk got drunk and started to attack the Muslims.
If the above scenario was true, who would you blame for the harm inflicted on the ‪#‎Muslims‬?
The above is an analogy of the situation of Muslims in the USA. The Muslims with the pitcher of water are us who possess the knowledge of ‪#‎Islam‬ yet fail to share it. The thirsty people signify the 300 million Americans who are looking for peace and purpose in life. And the people who gave the alcohol represent the ‪#‎Islamophobes‬ feeding fear to the thirsty ‪#‎Americans‬.
By understanding the above analogy, not only can we come up with proper reaction to hate crimes, but can develop long time strategies to prevent such attacks, in sha Allah.

Matthew 5:17-18 KJV
Think not that I have come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I have not come to destroy, but to fulfill. For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.

Are any of these your excuse?

Are any of these your excuse?

Excuse #1:Allah is al-Ghafoor ar-Raheem. He will forgive me.

Excuse #2: I know I have to pray, but I am too tired/lazy.

Excuse #3: I am SO busy at work, I don’t have time to pray.

Excuse #4: I pray; I just delay it until it is convenient for me or I pray it Qadaa.

Excuse #5: I pray the 4 prayers. I only miss Fajr because I have to do Ghusl.

Excuse #6: My position/boss/studies/does not allow me.

Excuse #7: If I pray, I will be fired from my job!

Excuse #8: I want to pray but my children are so young I can’t leave them and pray

Excuse #9: I can’t pray at my job/school/public place. I am too embarrassed /they will think I am a TERRORIST!

Excuse #10: If I pray, people will think that I show off. So I don’t pray.

Excuse #11: I have made/am making so many mistakes in my life, it is no use for me to pray. Allah will never forgive me.

Excuse #12: I don’t pray, but I have a good heart.

Excuse #13: But, I pray every Jumuah. Isn’t that enough?

Excuse #14: My spouse/parents don’t pray. Why should I??

Excuse #15: I will pray when I am older/after Hajj/ Ramadhan.

There can be NO excuses as far as Salah is concerned. We HAVE to pray all the five prayers and all of them on time.
Let's see what Allah (swt) says in the Qur'an:-
“O you who believe! Fear Allah, and be with those who are true (in words and deeds).”

“Guard strictly the (five obligatory) prayers, especially the middle Salaat (˜Asr). And stand before Allah with obedience.”
[Surah al-Baqarah 2:238]

No matter where you are, what ever you do, Never Forget your Salah. Never!

To type ﷺ in MS Word or any MS office Document:
(1) Type FDFA.
(2) Type ‘Alt+x’. (Hold on to ‘Alt’ key and press ‘x’ key.) As soon as you type ‘Alt+x”, ‘FDFA’ is converted to ﷺ
Unicode for ‘ﷺ’ is ‘FDFA’.
Below table gives Unicode Values of common Arabic Words/Phrases:
Arabic Phrase/Word
English Transliteration

Sall Allāhu ʿalay-hi wa-sallam

For example, if you want to type ﷲ, then
(1) Type ‘FDF2’.
(2) Type ‘Alt + x’ (Hold on to ‘Alt’ key and press ‘x’ key). MS Word or any Office document will then convert FDF2 to ﷲ.
For the Unicode for all the Arabic characters, refer to thislink.
Note: This technique works for all MS Office products. In case, due to some issue, if it doesn’t work for you, then add ‘U+’ to the Unicode and repeat the steps mentioned above. For example, for typing ﷺ, type ‘U+FDFA’ and type Alt+x.
