(Recite seven times)
اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّىْ اَعُوْذُبِكَ مِنْ جَهْدِالْبَلَاءِ وَدَرْكِ الشَّقَاءِ وَسُوْءِ الْقَضَاءِ و شَمَاتَةِ الْاَعْدَاءِ
Rasulullah (peace be upon Him) said: Seek refuge
in Allah from severe calamities.

"O ALLAH! I seek refuge in You from severe calamities
and hardships, grips of ill-hope, and evil destiny and from
the rejoicing of enemies."
