which I may recite at the time I go to bed

‏‏دار الاسلام‏ مع ‏‎Deka Ali Jimaale‎‏ و‏‏5‏ آخرين‏‏.
عَنْ فَرْوَةَ بْنِ نَوْفَلٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَهُ : فَمَجِيءٌ مَا جَاءَ بِك ؟ قَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، تُعَلِّمُنِي شَيْئًا أَقُولُهُ عِنْدَ مَنَامِي ، قَالَ : إذَا أَخَذْت مَضْجَعَك فَاقْرَأْ : قُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْكَافِرُونَ ثُمَّ نَمْ عَلَى خَاتِمَتِهَا فَإِنَّهَا بَرَاءَةٌ مِنْ الشِّرْكِ .

Farwah bin Naufal had stated that his father, Naufal bin Mu`awiyah al-Ashjai, said to the Holy Prophet (upon who be peace):
“Teach me something which I may recite at the time I go to bed”. The Holy prophet replied: “Recite Qul ya-ayyuhal kafirun (Chapter 109) to the end and then sleep, for this is immunity from polytheism” Musnad Ahmad.
