Falsehood of the heart has two levels:
a) Distraction from the truth without opposing it. This level is a result of factors like thoughts and intentions containing worldly attachments and desires of the soul.
b) Opposition to the truth, blocking its path. This level may is a result of factors like false opinions and destructive desires coming from disbelief, hypocrisy, innovations and the like.
