۔۔۔ وَصِيَامُ يَوْمِ عَاشُورَاءَ أَحْتَسِبُ عَلَى اللَّهِ أَنْ يُكَفِّرَ السَّنَةَ الَّتِي قَبْلَهُ
… and I seek from Allah that fasting on the day of Ashura may atone for the sins of the preceding year.
۔۔۔ اور عاشورہ کے دن روزہ رکھنے سے بھی اللہ تعالیٰ کی ذات سے امید کرتا ہوں کہ یہ ایک روزہ اس کے ایک سال پہلے کے گناہوں کا کفارہ بن جائے گا۔
