Zakat al-Fitr
1. Zakat Al-Fitr is mandatory for children and adults and the supervisor of the family can pay it even on behalf of his spouse. Giving zakat instead of fetus (an unborn child) is beloved and the best time to perform it is between Eid morning prayers and Eid prayers.
Bored. It is permissible to pay zakat al-Fitr earlier, one or two days before Eid, as it was quoted from the Companions of Companions, but delaying it after Eid prayers will nullify it, like delaying the morning prayer after sunrise [which will nullify this] Unless it's an excuse, like forgetfulness.
I'm so bored. Zakat Fitr should be paid from the main food of that land. That is a food that is often consumed as lunch or dinner in that land, such as rice or wheat flour [which is used in baking bread]. So expelling food that isn't used as main food there isn't right even though it's used in another land.
Bored. In Zakat Al-Fitr, the food used by people may change according to time, and nowadays it is not correct to give barley and dates as al-Fitr Zakat, although the names of these two foods are mentioned in the Hadith, because nowadays barley is not used [as the main food] and Dates are also used more as fruit than main food.
I'm so bored. The tradition of religious scholars is that Zakat is given in a way of food, but there is a disagreement about whether it is permissible to give a cash price. A group of selfish people have considered it a cash price permissible, but the caution is that it is paid in the form of food.
I'm so bored. It is better for family members to pay their alms if they are financially capable, like children who are working, but if their father pays their alms, it is permissible.
I'm so bored. It is better for a person to give his zakat to the deserving where he lives, but if a land is more in need, sending it is permissible, and if it is not permissible for food, sending the cash price is permissible.
I'm so bored. It is mandatory that a person pays Zakat Al-Fitr in a amount of one hour. It is also permissible to make up a branch of two different foods, provided that the deserving person can use the food together or separately.
Bored. Giving al-Fitr al-Fitr Zakat to servants and workers is in two ways:
First: If their food is based on a contract with the self-employed, it is not permissible to give them al-Fitr Zakat.
Second: If their food is on their own, it is permissible to give them his al-Fitr Zakat.
