In terms of eloquence, the ending word of each of the three ʾāyāt all rhyme: kawthar, wanḥar, & ʾabtar.
In terms of our salvation, the one who worships Allāh & who sacrifices (some scholars say meat, others say oblations) in the name of Allāh will get the reward of al Kawthar (a river in paradise & an abundance of good), whereas the one who does not is cut off totally from any good.
The mushrikīn used to mock the Messenger ﷺ because his infant sons had died (what sick & vile abuse), so Allāh has responded with what we can consider a prophecy.
Essentially the mushrikīn would be cut off, their wealth & power would be stripped from them in front of their own eyes, their children would turn to Islām, and the Messenger ﷺ that they used to mock will be surrounded with abundant goodness. This prophecy has been fulfilled.
Lastly, it is a lesson for all of us, that prayer & sacrifice saves us from ruin & damnation, and that what follows from our dedication & loyalty to Allāh & His Messenger ﷺ is abundant goodness in this life and the next.
