سُبْحَانَ اللّهِ وَ بِحَمْدِهِ -
SubhanAllah wa biHamdihi
(Glory be to Allah and Praise Him)
Whoever says (the above) a hundred times during the day, his
sins are wiped away, even if they are like the foam of the sea
