সালাত নিয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ আলোচনা - বাংলা - প্রফেসর ড. খন্দকার আ.ন.ম আব্দুল্লাহ জাহাঙ্গীর: “সালাত নিয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ আলোচনা” শীর্ষক আলোচ্য ভিডিও লেকচারটিতে সম্মানিত আলোচক প্রফেসর ড. খন্দকার আ.ন.ম আব্দুল্লাহ জাহাঙ্গীর সালাতের তাৎপর্য ও গুরুত্ব তুলে ধরেছেন। সালাত আল্লাহর নিকট সবচেয়ে প্রিয় আমল ও তাঁর নৈকট্য লাভের ও মর্যাদা বৃদ্ধির কারণ। আল্লাহ তা‘আলা মানুষ ও জিন্ন উভয় জাতিকে তাঁর ইবাদতের জন্য সৃষ্টি করেছেন। সালাত এমন এক ইবাদত যা সারা বছর দৈনিক পাঁচবার আদায় করতে হয়, মৃত্যু ছাড়া আর কোনো অবস্থাতেই তা মাফ হয় না এমনকি মৃত্যুশয্যাতেও সালাত হতে বিরত থাকার কোনো বিধান নেই। আর সালাত বাস্তবায়িত হয় তার বিধানাবলী তথা রুকন ও ওয়াজিবসমূহ শিক্ষা, সালাতে একাগ্রতা ও পবিত্রতা অর্জনের মাধ্যমেই।

اللَّهُمَّ أَعِنِّي عَلَى ذِكْرِكَ وَشُكْرِكَ وَحُسْنِ عِبَادَتِكَ
"O Allah, help me in remembering You, in giving You thanks, and worshipping You well."

اعْلَمُوا أَنَّمَا الْحَيَاةُ الدُّنْيَا لَعِبٌ وَلَهْوٌ وَزِينَةٌ وَتَفَاخُرٌ بَيْنَكُمْ وَتَكَاثُرٌ فِي الْأَمْوَالِ وَالْأَوْلَادِ ۖ كَمَثَلِ غَيْثٍ أَعْجَبَ الْكُفَّارَ نَبَاتُهُ ثُمَّ يَهِيجُ فَتَرَاهُ مُصْفَرًّا ثُمَّ يَكُونُ حُطَامًا ۖ وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ عَذَابٌ شَدِيدٌ وَمَغْفِرَةٌ مِّنَ اللَّهِ وَرِضْوَانٌ ۚ وَمَا الْحَيَاةُ الدُّنْيَا إِلَّا مَتَاعُ الْغُرُورِ (20)
“Nên biết rằng cuộc sống trần tục này chỉ là thú vui, tiêu khiển, một sự tô điểm và khoe khoang tâng bốc lẫn nhau và tranh đua làm giàu và sinh con đẻ cái.
Hình ảnh của nó giống như hoa màu (đâm trồi xanh tươi) sau cơn mưa làm mát lòng người trồng, rồi nó bắt đầu héo hon, ngươi (hỡi con người) thấy nó vàng úa rồi khô khan và vỡ vụn. Nhưng ở đời sau sẽ có một sự trừng phạt khủng khiếp (đối với những kẻ tội lỗi) và sự tha thứ và hài lòng của Allah (dành cho những người có đức tin và làm việc thiện).
Và đời sống trần tục này chỉ là một sự hưởng thụ tạm bợ lừa dối (con người)” [Thiên Kinh Qur’an, chương Al-Hadid, câu: 20].
