জুম’আর বিবিধ মাসআলা

প্রশ্নঃ জুম’আর ফরজের আগে ও পরে কত রাকআত সালাত আদায় করব?

উত্তর- আমরা সকলেই জানি যে, জুম’আর ফরজ হল ২ রাকআত। আর সুন্নাত হল- ফরজের আগে দুই রাকআত (তাহিয়্যাতুল মাসজিদ) এবং পরে চার রাকআত বা দুই রাকআত। আর বাইরে ফরজের আগে অতিরিক্ত নির্দিষ্ট সংখ্যক কোন সালাত নেই। তএ দুই দুই রাকআত করে যে যত রাকআত ইচ্ছা নফল হিসেবে আদায় করতে পারে। 
উল্লেখ্য যে, প্রচলিত কাবলাল জুম’আ শিরোনামে চার রাকআত বিশিষ্ট কোন সালাত সহীহ হাদিসে পাওয়া যায় না। খুৎবার আগে এক সালামে চার রাকআত আদায়ের পক্ষে দলীল হিসাবে আনীত হাদিসটির সনদ খুবই দুর্বল যা গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়। 
তবে কমপক্ষে দুই রাকআত ‘তাহিয়্যাতুল মাসজিদ’ সালাত পড়তেই হবে। এমনকি ইমাম সাহেবের খুৎবা চলাকালীন সময়ে মসজিদে প্রবেশ করলেও। তবে যারা আগে থেকেই দুই রাকআত তাহিয়্যাতুল মাসজিদ সালাত আদায় করে বসে আছেন, তারা খুৎবার সময় কোন নামাজ পড়বে না।

অতঃপর জুম’আর ফরজের পর রাসুলুল্লাহ (সাঃ) চার রাকআত সালাত আদায় করতে বলেছেন (মুসলিমঃ ১৯১৩ ইফা)।

তবে আব্দুল্লাহ(রাঃ) বর্ণিত এক হাদিসে পাওয়া যায় যে, 
নবী (সাঃ) জুম’আর নামাজ পড়ে ফিরে এসে নিজ বাড়িতে দুই রাকআত নামাজ পড়তেন (মুসলিমঃ ১৯১৬ ইফা)।

আরেকটি হাদীসে সুহাইল (রাঃ) বলেন, 
তোমরা তাড়াহুড়া থাকলে মসজিদে দুই রাকআত এবং (বাড়িতে) ফিরে গিয়ে দুই রাকআত পড়ো (মুসলিমঃ ১৯১৪ ইফা)।

এ থেকে ইজতিহাদ করে ইমাম ইবনে তাইমিয়্যা (রাঃ) বলেছেন যে, ফরজের পর মসজিদে হলে চার রাকআত আর বাড়িতে হলে দুই রাকআত সুন্নাত নামাজ পড়বে।

প্রশ্নঃ জুম’আর সালাত পড়া অবস্থায় যদি কোন মুক্তাদির ওযু ছুটে যায় তখন কি করবে?
উত্তর- মসজিদ থেকে বের হয়ে যাবে (এমন ভঙ্গীতে যেন নাক দিয়ে রক্ত বের হচ্ছে)। নতুন ভাবে ওযু করে ফিরে এসে যদি দ্বিতীয় রাকআতের রুকু পাওয়া যায় তাহলে এক রাকআত পাওয়া গেল বলে গন্য হবে। অতঃপর ইমামের সালাম ফিরানোর পর দাঁড়িয়ে আরেক রাকআত নিজে নিজে পড়ে নেবে। আর যদি দ্বিতীয় রাকাআতের রুকু না পায়, সিজদা বা তাশাহুদের বৈঠকে শরীক হয় তাহলে জুম’আ পেল না। সেক্ষেত্রে সে যোহরের নিয়ত করে ("নিয়ত পড়ে না") চার রাকআত আদায় করবে।

প্রশ্নঃ নামাজরত অবস্থায় যদি ইমামের ওযু ছুটে যায় তাহলে তিনি কি করবেন?
উত্তর- পেছন থেকে একজনকে টেনে এনে ইমামের জায়গায় দাঁড় করিয়ে ওযু করতে চলে যাবেন। ওযু শেষে পূর্বের নিয়মে বাকি নামাজ আদায় করবেন।

প্রশ্নঃ ইমাম যদি বিনা অযুতে সালাত আদায়ের পর মনে হয় যে, তার ওযু ছিল না া ওজু ছুটে গিয়েছিল তখন কি হবে?
উত্তর- মুক্তাদীদের সালাত আদায় হয়ে যাবে। তবে ইমাম সাহেব যোহরের ফরজের নিয়তে একা চার রাকআত পড়ে নেবেন।

প্রশ্নঃ ঈদ ও জুম’আ একই দিনে হলে জুম’আ পড়ার হুকুম কি?
উত্তর- এমন হলে যার ইচ্ছা সেদিন জুম’আ পড়বে। আর না পড়লে গুনাহ হবে না। তবে জুম’আ না পড়লে যোহরের সালাত আদায় করতে হবে। উল্লেখ্য যে, জুম’আর দিন ঈদ হলে ইমামের জন্য জুম’আর সালাত আদায় করা বাধ্যতামূলক।

প্রশ্নঃ মহিলাদের জুম’আয় শরীক হওয়া কি যায়েজ আছে?
উত্তর- জুম’আয় অংশ গ্রহন মেয়েদের জন্য ফরজ নয়। তবে কোন নিষেধ ও নেই। রাসুলুল্লাহ (সাঃ) এর জামানায় মুহাজির মহিলাগণ নবীজি (সাঃ) এর পেছনে জুম’আর সালাত আদায় করতেন।

জুম’আয় শরীক হওয়ার মধ্যে মেয়েদের জন্য কল্যানের ভাগই বেশী। কারণ দ্বীন শিক্ষার সুযোগ সুবিধা মেয়েদের জন্য ততটুকু নেই যতটুকু পুরুষদের আছে। কলেজ ইউনিভার্সিটি শিক্ষায় তারা অগ্রসর হলেও কুরআন ও হাদীসের শিক্ষায় তারা অনেক পেছনে। কমপক্ষে সাপ্তাহিক একটি খুৎবায় তারা ধর্মীও নিরক্ষরতা অনেকটা কাটিয়ে উঠতে পারে। দ্বীনী ইলমের আলো তারা পেলে পারিবারিক জীবন আরও সুন্দর এবং ছেলে মেয়েদেরকে দ্বীনী পথে মানুষ করার কাজ সহজ হবে। সে লক্ষ্যে নারীদের মসজিদে যাওয়ার সুযোগ করে দেওয়া ও মসজিদে তাদের আলাদা জায়গা রাখা কর্তৃপক্ষের জন্য একটি মহৎ কাজ হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে এবং এ হিসাবে তারা সওয়াবও পাদেন, ইনশাআল্লাহ। শুধু একটা শর্ত যে, মহিলারা পূর্ণ পর্দার সাথে ও সর্বাঙ্গীণ শালীনতা বজায় রেখে মসজিদে গমনাগমন করবেন।

Why would they remove the word of god from the bible as a fabrication and concoction.

The only verse which indicated the trinity thrown out
