Veiled or Bold .... ?

Veiled or Bold .... ?

And every woman who prays or prophesies with her head uncovered dishonors her head--it is just as though her head were shaved.

King James Bible (Cambridge Ed.)
For if the woman be not covered, let her also be shorn: but if it be a shame for a woman to be shorn or shaven, let her be covered.

(Bible. 1 Corinthians 11:5-6)

Bible interested in shaving the heads of all Christian women because they do not cover head.

Mina
Then they return to Mina, each to his tent,
Every minute wish is granted, and they are content;
They stay there
a day, then another, then a third,
They’re allowed to depart early, but to stay is preferred;
They stone the pillars daily after the sun’s decline,
With a slogan of Takbir in the presence of the Divine!
If only you could see their standing there:
Palms outstretched, hoping for Mercy’s share!
"O Lord! O Lord! Knowing as You do
That we hope for no-one, only You!
Then grant our wish, O You All-Knowing,
We pray for Your Mercy overflowing."

 (Reported by Ahmad, 7/224; Ahmad Shaakir stated that it is saheeh).

Patric Resse's comment on my updates

"..The post you made was great... Americans think they created everything. It's good to remind them they didn't...

Of course they think the bible was written in English too... So there you go.

I am waiting for someone to go off on me for sharing your post. Being involved in film making I thought the story in your post would make a great film dealing with the real history of the world......"

Thanks Patrick...

Most Christians seem to choose which commands of the Bible to follow and what not to follow depending on their conviction no matter was it is a commandment or not: now let's see how the true follower of Christ must be:

"...none of you can be my disciple unless he gives up everything he has" (Luke 14:33);

"If you want to be perfect, go and sell all you have and give the money to the poor and you will have riches in heaven" (Matt. 19:21);

"Sell your possessions and give alms" (Luke 12:33);

"But give what is in your cups and plates to the poor, and everything will be clean for you" (Luke 11:41);

"Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt,.... But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven.... for where your treasure is, there will your heart be also" (Matt. 6:19-21);

"How hardly shall they that have riches enter to the kingdom of God" (Mark 10:23);

"Truly, I say to you, it will be hard for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven. Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God" (Matt. 19:23-24)

A true follower of Jesus would have to be extremely poor, most of Christians are rich people and looking for more, according to the teaching of Jesus it is impossible for any rich to go to heaven, so all Christians go now and sell all you have and give it to the poor people

Ata ibn Yasar reported: I met Abdullah ibn Amr and I said, “Tell me about the description of the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, in the Torah.” He said, “By Allah, he is described in the Torah with some of what is mention in the Quran: O Prophet, verily, we have sent you as a witness, a bringer of glad tidings, and to give warning, (33:45) and to guard over the illiterate; you are My servant and messenger; I have called you a trustworthy man who is neither rude nor loud in the markets; nor does he return evil with evil, but rather he pardons and forgives. Allah Almighty will not take him back until He has made straight the religion which is crooked, that they will say: there is no God but Allah, through which eyes are made to see, ears are made to hear, and hearts are opened.”
