What happens when one slice of a bread of loaf is moldy?

One Allah

One Allah
What happens when one slice of a bread of loaf is moldy?
When the mold is exposed and comes into contact with the other slices, slowly and subtly, it starts to grow and affects the perfectly good slices of bread right beside it. Ultimately, the mold spreads and the whole loaf of bread becomes rotten and no longer edible.
Similar is the situation when you surround yourself with bad friends. The closer the relationship, the more likely one will be influenced by their bad qualities and no sooner they’ll find themselves affected by their toxic behavior.
In order to safeguard one’s faith, it is important that we assess our relationship with the people closest to us and decide for ourselves whether being around them has changed us to become better Muslims or caused us to distance ourselves from Allah.
So ask yourself:
a) What kind of friends do I hang out with?
b) Are they encouraging me to do things that make me a better Muslim?
c) Do they give me advice or correct me whenever I do or say something wrong?
d) Do I disobey Allah whenever I’m around them?
e) Am I starting to imitate their bad qualities or embrace their good aspects?
If you find your answers leading you to a path other than the path of Allah, then it’s time for you to choose a more righteous company.
🔷The Prophet (ﷺ) said, “A man is upon the religion of his best friend, so let one of you look at whom he befriends.” (Sunan Abi Dawud 4833 - Hasan according to Al-Albani & Sahih according to An-Nawawi)

What is the ruling on celebrating the Christians’ new year?

Peace-Islam: The Solution For Humanity
What is the ruling on celebrating the Christians’ new year?
All perfect praise be to Allaah,
the Lord of the worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His Slave and Messenger.
It is not permissible for any Muslim to join Christians in their celebration of their new year or even to congratulate them upon it. This is because their celebration is related to their invalid religion or is a motto for it. Muslims are forbidden from imitating Christians or celebrating their feasts. This ruling is supported by evidence from the Quran, the Sunnah, consensus, and common sense.
Regarding proofs from the Quran, Allaah The Almighty Says (what means): {And [they are] those who do not testify to falsehood, and when they pass near ill speech, they pass by with dignity.}[Quran 25:72] Mujaahid may Allaah have mercy upon them said when interpreting this verse that it refers to the disbelievers’ celebrations. Also Ar-Rabee‘ ibn Anas, Al-Qaadhi Abu Ya‘laa and Ad-Dhahhaak were of the same opinion. Ibn Seereen said that the word “ill speech” in the verse refers to Sha‘aaneen Sunday (Palm Sunday), which is a Christian feast celebrated on the Sunday before Easter. Christians celebrate this feast by carrying palms. They claim that this is the anniversary of Christ's entrance to Jerusalem. The evidence here is that Allaah The Almighty praised those who do not attend such celebrations.
Thus, this means that it is impermissible to approve of such celebrations or to share in them.
In the Sunnah, it was narrated on the authority of Anas ibn Maalik may Allaah be pleased with him that the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, disapproved of the two days that the people in Madeenah used to celebrate and told them that Allaah had substituted these two days with the two ‘Eeds of Islam: Al-Fitr and Al-Adhha. [Abu Daawood, Ahmad, An-Nasaa’i: Saheeh (Authentic)]
The Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, did not approve of these two feasts and told them that Allaah had substituted them with better days. Substitution entails giving up what is substituted for, which in this case was the two days celebrated before the advent of Islam. The Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, informed us that our ‘Eeds are better than those of Jaahiliyyah (the pre-Islamic era). This means that what Allaah has made lawful for us should be sufficient.
As for evidence from consensus, Jews and Christians have always lived in Muslim countries and celebrated their feasts, but the righteous predecessors did not share in their celebrations. Moreover, among the conditions that ‘Umar may Allaah be pleased with him stipulated in the covenant with the Christians and Jews was that they should not celebrate their feasts publicly, which was later approved by the Companions and all jurists. Jews and Christians were prevented from celebrating their feasts publicly, so how can Muslims share in their celebrations? Is this not worse than disbelievers' celebrating such things in public? It was narrated that ‘Umar may Allaah be pleased with him forbade Muslims from entering churches on the days of their feasts because wrath would befall them on those days. [Abu Ash-Shaykh Al-Asbahaani and Al-Bayhaqi (Saheeh – Authentic))]
It was narrated that ‘Umar may Allaah be pleased with him ordered people to avoid the enemies of Allaah at their feast times. [Al-Bayhaqi] Shaykh Al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah may Allaah have mercy upon him said that as ‘Umar may Allaah be pleased with him forbade us from entering their churches, we must not participate in their celebrations. Ibn Taymiyyah added that as 'Umar may Allaah be pleased with him said that wrath befalls them on their feasts, this indicates that anyone who joins them will also be afflicted by the wrath.
As for common sense, it is said that ‘Eeds are part of the legislation, methodology and rituals that Allaah refers to in this verse (which means): {To each of you We have prescribed a law and a method.}[Quran 5:48] Shaykh Al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah said that this verse proves that feasts are legislated, so sharing in their celebrations means sharing their legislation. Also, celebrating disbelievers’ feasts means approving of their disbelief, and this may lead a Muslim to disbelief. Ibn Taymiyyah added that their feasts are part of a religion whose followers are cursed, and anyone who approves of this will also be cursed.
Moreover, approving of just a small part of their deeds may lead to more approval and this may, eventually, make it a habit or a feast for laypeople.
Therefore, it is not permissible for Muslims to partake in the celebrations of the People of the Book or even to wish them a happy feast, because these feasts are among the characteristics of their religion and invalid beliefs. Ibn Al-Qayyim may Allaah have mercy upon him said that it is prohibited to wish disbelievers happy feasts. He considered this a greater sin than wishing drunkards and committers of adultery well. He resembled wishing them a happy feast to blessing someone who prostrates to the cross!
If someone says that the People of the Book wish us happy feasts, and so why can’t we do the same in order to show them the tolerance of Islam and so forth, then the answer is that it is impermissible to wish them well for their feasts, even if they wish us well for our feasts. This is because there is a difference: our feasts are valid and part of our valid religion, while theirs are invalid. Thus, if they congratulate us on our valid religion we should not congratulate them on their invalid one.
Moreover, their feasts are inevitably accompanied by sins and evil, as they glorify the cross and associate partners with Allaah in them. In fact, there is no greater sin than their saying that ‘Eesa (Jesus) may Allaah exalt his mention is a god or the son of Allaah, Exalted is He above what they say. Furthermore, their celebrations include evils such as drinking wine and other acts that make Allaah The Almighty, angry and lead them to His punishment. Therefore, could it be appropriate for a believer and a monotheist to join such misled people in their celebrations or even to wish them happy feasts? Should not those, who take such matters lightly, fear Allaah and return to their religion?
We ask Allaah to guide all Muslims.
And Allaah Knows best.

Next time you meet a shia' mourning over human rights, share this with them: #VictimCard
Still seek #ShiaSunniUnity?
There IS No Sunnah Masjids in Tehran!
(Sunni pray 5 times a day. Shia Pray 3 times a day.)
The following line (Al-Hamdulillah!) is becoming more and more known to many Muslims, even those who are pretty unaware of the ugliness of the Shia Safawi regime and the the cult its representing:
“There are no Sunni Masjids (mosques) in Tehran.”
So what’s about this claim? Is it true? False? A “Wahhabi” propaganda? well let us first analyse the most common (mendacious) answers one can get, when confronting Iranian officials and pro-Iran Shias .
1. The pro-Iranian regime Shia say: “Well there is no Sunni Masjid in Sunni parts of Saudi Arabia either!”
Answer:
Firstly, this is pure dishonesty. It’s like someone doing bad to you, and you doing the same to others, then when facing a trial defending yourself with: “Well, the other guy has slained many people too, so did I.”
That’s not even an excuse, this is plain hypocricy.
Secondly, Saudi Arabia never claimed unity with the Rafidah Shia sect, in fact, they are honest in their stance towards Shias, and all the major scholars of Saudi Arabia declare (at least) the Shia scholars of heresy (though most scholars in Saudi excuse the laymen of the Shia). having said that, it is the so called “Islamic Republic of Iran” that claims to recognize Sunnis as fellow Muslims with absolute freedom of worship inside Iran, according to the Iranian constitution. So they are claiming something (“unity”) which they don’t fulfill. So in fact, the Iranian regime is hypocritical, their state sect is based on Sunni hatred, including the cursing of the companions and wives of the Prophet, yet to lure the people into their cult, they do not (or at least try not) to expose much of their beliefs and especially hatred to the Sunni world . From one side they call to “unity”, yet they deprive the Sunnis of Tehran of their basic human right (having a place of worship for their own).
Thirdly, and this is the most Ironic part, there are plenty of Shia “Masjids” (in fact Shia call them “Husseiniyyah”!, these are placed where they gather to beat themselves like wild animals, curse the companions, call upon their saints/Imams, and fornicate/mot’ah) in Saudi Arabia. And no, we not talking about the eastern province i.e. a Shia populated area of Saudi Arabia, rather we talking about Madinah! There is even a Shia neighbourhood in Madinah (the Nakhali tribe, an Afro-Arab tribe are virtually ALL Shia!) and the Rafidah have their own temples in the city of the Prophet – peace be upon him – HERE one example! The HUSSEINIYYAH of “Shaikh Kadhim” in Al-Madinah!
Thus the “evil Wahhabis” let the Shia have their massive Husseiniyyah-Temple in the fortress of “Wahhabi” teachings (Madinah), even though the very same “Wahhabis” openly declare the Shias (mostly their scholars, for the Sunnah scholars mostly believe that the Shia masses are betrayed by their so called Ayatollahs) as Kuffar (yet the gov. of Saudi – as one can see – give the Shia more freedom than a Sunni Iranian can every dream of for himsel.
Now compare that to the Iranian regime, that unlike the “Wahhabis” does NOT (openly) declare Sunnis as disbelievers, rather it calls itself THE brother and defender of the Sunni case (like in Palestine) yet, it prohibits Sunni IRANIANS in Tehran from having their own Masjid! So there is a Shia HUSSEINIYYAH in Madina, can we find a Sunni Masjid in Qom? Oh, well, there is not even a Sunni Masjid in Tehran, let alone Qom … what a question!
2. The pro-Iranian regime Shia say: “Mosques don’t belong to Sunni or Shia, mosques are the houses of Allah.”
Answer:
Is it? If so, let us build a massive mosque by the Ahl Al-Sunnah in Karbala, Najaf, Qom, Isfahan and Mashad and of course in Terhan. Why not? True it’s gonna be build by Sunnis, but “Mosques don’t belong to Sunni or Shia” …
Obviously a Masjid is a Masjid, yet with these apologetic claptrap, the Rafidah Shia want to potray the demand of Sunni Muslims of Iran, as something unatural and unnecessary, even though they know better that the difference of a Sunni Masjid compared to Shia temples (Husseiniyyahs etc.) starts right with the prayer! Whereas Sunni Masjids call FIVE times to prayer, the Shia in Iraq and Iran and elsewhere can be “proud” to not only combine their prayers at home (ALL THE TIME), rather even their “Masjids” and those who dwell inside them, call only THREE times a day to prayer! (YES, in Iran you only hear THREE Adhans a day!). So how on earth shall Sunni Muslims pray large congregational prayers, when the Shia owned SHIA Masjids and Husseiniyyahs in Tehran call to, and pray three prayers in congregational only?
Secondly, there are differences of Aqidah and Fiqh, and a Sunni community needs to teach according to their own beliefs, how can this be done except in a Masjid of Ahl Al-Sunnah? I hope nobody’s gonna tell us that the humble “signs of Allah” (“Ayatollahs”) are ready to leave their “Masjids” for us, to teach people Quran and the explanation of Sahih Al-Bukhari etc. if so, let us know so we can pass it to the brothers in Iran …
NOTE: Around a year ago Shia website have released some articles on the web, claiming that there are in fact almost a dozen (!) Sunni Mosques in Tehran. Some Shias have started (in their blindless) translating that blatant lie into English, they think by simply claiming such a blatant lie, they might fool some gullible Muslims. Here is the list:
1- Sadeghiyeh mosque, located in the Second Square Sadeghiyeh
2- TehranPars Mosque, Located in Dellavaran St
3- Shahre Qods mosque, located 20 km Karaj old road
4- Khalij-e-Fars(Persian Gulf)mosque, located
5- Al Naby mosque, located in the Town of Danesh
6- Haft’joub mosque, located in Malard
7- Vahidiyeh mosque, located in Shahriyar
8- Nasim Shahr mosque, located in Akbar Abad
9- Razi Abad mosque, located in Se’rah Shahriyar
Now before telling you what these “Mosques” really are, we would like to challenge every Shia and everyone who defends this satanic, Anti-Islamic Iranian regime to provide a SINGLE picture of a Sunni Mosque, I repeat, a Sunni MOSQUE in Tehran. That shouldn’t be a problem isn’t it? After all there are massive Zoroastrian temples, Churches, Synagoges and even Sikh (!) temples in Tehran. So if the list above is true, then there shouldn’t be a problem so show us a proper Mosque.
The truth is, the above “Mosques” are private houses, LITERALLY houses. The Iranian “Ayatollah” regime does not allow Sunnis to have anything that even slightly resembles a Mosque, so (some) Sunnis of Tehran resorted (as a last chance) to convert their own private houses into small prayer-houses. So much for the lie and the fake list they recently started spreading on the net. But hold on, you might thing, well, yes, it is quite an embarrasment that Tehran is the only “Islamic” capital, in fact the ONLY capital in the world (wherever Muslims live) that does not have a single Sunni Mosque. The dire need is to such an extent that the Sunnis have started converting their own houses into prayer-houses, yet the Iranian regime and its stooges have the audacity to claim that those shabby and small building are “Sunni Mosques in Tehran”! How insincere can one get, don’t these people fear Allah? Obviously they don’t. So what the capital of the “Great Satan” (USA) and the old fox (“ENGLAND”) and other Kafir capitals provide (Sunni Mosques) are not permitted in the “Islamic (!) Republic of Iran”, to the extent that the Sunnis of Tehran are forced to convert their own, small properties. Now what makes it worse is the following (how dare would anyone repeat the lie that there are Sunni MOSQUES in Tehran after having read the following):
This regime cannot even bear the existences of those PRIVATE flats/houses in the list above (in Tehran, like in the Sadeghiyeh district, Shahrak Danesh etc.).
Congratulations to the devils who made the list about the “Sunni Mosques in Tehran”.
They have simply given the addresses of those FLATS/HOUSES and claimed that these are the Mosques of their “Sunni brothers” in Tehran.
Of course this is nothing but a load of tosh, for there is not a SINGLE Mosque run by the Sunni community of Tehran, not a SINGLE place where Sunnis can give Adhan etc. these are just plain PRIVATE flats/houses turned into prayer places and the Rafidite regime can’t even bear them, so from time to time (especially on ‘Eid prayers where those places raise attention of interested Shias) they simple raid and shut down those places for unknown periods of times.
Is this what you call “Brotherhood”? “Unity”? Are these your “Sunni Mosques of Tehran”? We can bombard you with Jewish Synagoges, heck even Jewish bookshops (!), hospitals (!), Majoosi Firetemples (massive ones), Majoosi Highschools, even Sikh Temples, yet, we swear to Allah, you Shias and everyone who defends the satanic regime of the Mullahs of Iran can’t provide us with a picture of a single Sunni Mosque in Tehran. All there is are private, small and shabby houses, and even those are raided by the Rafidha clergy’s footsoldiers
=========================================
Tehran's authorities destroy Sunni worship space
While most Iranians follow the Shiite branch of Islam, there are millions of Sunnis who also call Iran their home. However, in the capital Tehran and major cities like Isfahan, Shiraz and Mashhad, this minority religious community is forbidden from having its own mosques. Now, authorities in the capital have also started destroying unofficial prayer Sunni spaces.
In 1997, Iran’s last official census recorded about five million Sunnis. The number has grown since then: today, an estimated one million Sunni Muslims live in Tehran province alone.
There are 47,291 Shiite mosques and 10,344 Sunni mosques in Iran, according to official statistics. Many of these mosques on the official record are tiny spaces serving small villages. However, there are no Sunni mosques at all in Iran’s large cities.
For decades, Tehran’s Sunni minority has sought to build a mosque but authorities have always prevented the construction. The Pahlavi dynasty, which ruled Iran from 1925 to 1979, refused to grant the Sunnis building permission. During the 1979 Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Khomenai originally promised to let them build a mosque. However, after he took power, he changed his mind. Post-revolution, Shiite clergy gained power under the Shah’s rule and Tehran’s Sunnis lost hope of building a mosque.
>>>Deprived of a mosque, Tehran’s Sunni minority use quasi-secret worship rooms to gather and pray. According to our Observers, there are about four or five such worship rooms scattered throughout different neighbourhoods.
>>However, Iranian authorities closed some of them on Thursday, July 29, though it was impossible to confirm how many were shut.
Tehran municipal officials went even further when they went to the large worship room in the Pounak neighbourhood, the only such space in the west of Tehran. Authorities, backed by security officials, systematically destroyed the room, knocking down walls and reducing much of the space to rubble.
===================
Outcry after the destruction was widespread. Iranians—including both Shiites and Sunnis, people from different political parties and both political and human rights activists— have also openly criticized the government action. Grand Molavai Abodlhamid,
Iran’s most prominent Sunni mufti, wrote a letter about it to Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khomeini and President Hasan Rouhani. Neither has reacted to the incident or responded to Abodlhamid’s letter.
“Some Shiite hardliners believe that Sunni Muslims have no right to have a worship room in a ‘Shia #country’”
Saeed is a prominent member of the Iranian Sunni community. He lives in Tehran and has attended religious events held in the Pounak worship room.
The Sunnis in the west of Tehran used another worship room for many years but in 2011 the police shut it down.
A few months later, we opened another worship room in Pounak. We used it until last Thursday when, at 6pm, Tehran authorities backed by security forces broke in and started destroying it.
We are sure that the orders to do this came from high-profile officials. There are many hard-line, sectarian government officials who don’t care about human rights. Some Shiite hardliners believe that Sunni Muslims have no right to have a worship room in a “Shia country”.
On the other hand, the #government often #finances mosques for #Shiite Iranians living in Sunni-majority villages. This is a crystal clear violation of #human #rights and #Iranian constitutional law. While all Iranian officials are aware of this problem, I see no political will to address it. President Rohani’s more moderate government has no intention of creating problems by provoking the hardliners.
I believe that these hardliners are trying to goad the Sunni minority into a reaction. Then, they’ll use the Sunni outcry as a pretext for more suppression.
