إِنَّ اللَّهَ يَأْمُرُ بِالْعَدْلِ وَالْإِحْسَانِ وَإِيتَاءِ ذِي الْقُرْبَىٰ وَيَنْهَىٰ عَنِ الْفَحْشَاءِ وَالْمُنكَرِ وَالْبَغْيِ ۚ يَعِظُكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَذَكَّرُونَ
“Quả thật, Allah ra lệnh phải công bằng và liêm chính, phải làm điều thiện tốt, bố thí giúp đỡ bà con ruột thịt và Ngài nghiêm cấm làm điều xấu và ác đức, cấm làm điều tội lỗi, nghịch lý và bất công. Ngài chỉ bảo các ngươi mong rằng các ngươi luôn biết lưu ý đến phúc và tội” [Surah An-Naml, câu: 90]
▶️Luật pháp trong tôn giáo Islam nghiêm minh bắt buộc tất cả người Muslim phải tuân theo, không phân biệt địa vị dù đó là vua, trung thần, quý tộc, dân thường dù giàu hay nghèo, hay màu da tất cả điều phải chịu án phạt như nhau.
▶️Thiên Sứ của Allah (Muhammad) ﷺ đã xử một người phụ nữ trộm cắp thuộc dòng họ tiếng tăm nhất của bộ tộc Quraish với mức án là cắt tay của cô ta. Mọi người đã cầu xin khoan hồng cho cô ta, họ tìm đến Usa’mah Bin Zaid một người được Nabi (Thiên Sứ) ﷺ nể trọng và nhờ ông xin Nabi ﷺ khoan hồng cho cô ta. Và Nabi ﷺ đã bảo ông:
“Ông dám xin khoan hồng cho mức án đã được Allah sắc lệnh ư?”. Sau đó Người ﷺ đã đứng trước mọi người và nói:
إِنَّمَا أَهْلَكَ الَّذِينَ قَبْلَكُمْ أَنَّهُمْ كَانُوا إِذَا سَرَقَ فِيهِمُ الشَّرِيفُ تَرَكُوهُ، وَإِذَا سَرَقَ فِيهِمُ الضَّعِيفُ أَقَامُوا عَلَيْهِ الْحَدَّ، وَايْمُ اللَّهِ، لَوْ أَنَّ فَاطِمَةَ ابْنَةَ مُحَمَّدٍ سَرَقَتْ لَقَطَعْتُ يَدَهَا
“Quả thật, những người trước các ngươi đã bị hủy diệt bởi khi nào có người thuộc tầng lớp quý tộc hay tiếng tăm phạm tội trộm cắp thì họ bỏ qua mà không áp dụng luật đối với người đó còn nếu như tên trộm là những người nghèo khổ và thấp hèn thì họ lại cho thi hành luật đối với y. Và xin Allah chứng giám, cho dù đó là Fatimah con gái của Muhammad (tức con gái của Người ﷺ) đi chăng nữa thì Ta (Muhammad) cũng sẽ cắt tay cô ta”.
