Four things
1) Four things that make your body sick:
a) Excessive talking
B) Excessive sleeping
c) Excessive eating and
d) Excessive meeting other people

2) Four things that destroy the body:
a) Worrying
B) Sorrow (Sadness/Grief)
c) Hunger
d) Sleeping late in the night

3) Four things that take away the nur & happiness from your face:
a) Lying
B) Being disrespectful / impudent (insisting on something wrong knowingly)
c) Arguing without adequate knowledge & Information.

4) Four things that increase the nur of face & its happiness:

5) Four things that stop the Rizq (Sustenance) :
a) Sleeping in the morning (from Fajr to sunrise)

That is the straight path."But when Jesus felt [persistence in] disbelief from them, he said, "Who are my supporters for [the cause of] Allah ?" The disciples said," We are supporters for Allah . We have believed in Allah and testify that we are Muslims [submitting to Him].

وَرَسُولًا إِلَىٰ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ أَنِّي قَدْ جِئْتُكُم بِآيَةٍ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ ۖ أَنِّي أَخْلُقُ لَكُم مِّنَ الطِّينِ كَهَيْئَةِ الطَّيْرِ فَأَنفُخُ فِيهِ فَيَكُونُ طَيْرًا بِإِذْنِ اللَّهِ ۖ وَأُبْرِئُ الْأَكْمَهَ وَالْأَبْرَصَ وَأُحْيِي الْمَوْتَىٰ بِإِذْنِ اللَّهِ ۖ وَأُنَبِّئُكُم بِمَا تَأْكُلُونَ وَمَا تَدَّخِرُونَ فِي بُيُوتِكُمْ ۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَةً لَّكُمْ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ (49) وَمُصَدِّقًا لِّمَا بَيْنَ يَدَيَّ مِنَ التَّوْرَاةِ وَلِأُحِلَّ لَكُم بَعْضَ الَّذِي حُرِّمَ عَلَيْكُمْ ۚ وَجِئْتُكُم بِآيَةٍ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ فَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ (50) إِنَّ اللَّهَ رَبِّي وَرَبُّكُمْ فَاعْبُدُوهُ ۗ هَٰذَا صِرَاطٌ مُّسْتَقِيمٌ (51) ۞ فَلَمَّا أَحَسَّ عِيسَىٰ مِنْهُمُ الْكُفْرَ قَالَ مَنْ أَنصَارِي إِلَى اللَّهِ ۖ قَالَ الْحَوَارِيُّونَ نَحْنُ أَنصَارُ اللَّهِ آمَنَّا بِاللَّهِ وَاشْهَدْ بِأَنَّا مُسْلِمُونَ (52) ال عمران
بعض الناس يزيد كلمة: "والشكر" بعد قوله ربنا ولك الحمد فما رأي فضيلتكم؟
📝#الإجابــــة:-
قــال الشيخ ابن عثيمين رحمه الله :
لا شك أن التقيّد بالأذكار الواردة هو الأفضل ، فإذا رفع الإنسان من الركوع فليقل: "ربنا ولك الحمد"، ولا يزد والشكر لعدم ورودها.
وبهذه المناسبة فإن الصفات الواردة في هذا المكان أربع:
1 - ربنا ولك الحمد.
2 - ربنا لك الحمد.
3 - اللهم ربنا لك الحمد.
4 - اللهم ربنا ولك الحمد.
فهذه الصفات الأربع تقولها لكن لا جميعاً، ولكن تقول هذه مرة وهذه مرة، ففي بعض الصلوات تقول:
ربنا ولك الحمد،
وفي بعض الصلوات تقول:
ربنا لك الحمد،
وفي بعضها: اللهم ربنا لك الحمد،
وفي بعضها: اللهم ربنا ولك الحمد.
وأما "الشكر" فليست واردة فالأولى تركها.
