hadith
Abu Abdullah ibn Burayda reported: I was sitting in the presence of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and I heard him say, “Learn Surah Al-Baqarah because there is blessing in learning it, there is sorrow in ignoring it, and the magicians cannot confront it.” He remained for an hour and then he said, “Learn Surah Al-Baqarah and Surah Ali Imran because they are two lights and they shade their people on the Day of Resurrection just as two clouds, two spaces of shade or two lines of birds. On the Day of Resurrection, the Quran will meet its companion in the shape of a pale-faced man when his grave is opened. The Quran will ask him: Do you know me? The man will say: I do not know you. The Quran will say: I am your companion, the Quran, which has brought you thirst during the heat and made you stay up during the night. Every merchant has his certain trade, but this Day, you are behind all types of trade. Then, kingship will then be given to him in his right hand, eternal life in his left hand and the crown of grace will be placed on his head. His parents will also be granted two garments that the people of this world could never afford. They will say: Why were we granted these garments? It will be said: Because your son was carrying the Quran. It will be said (to the reciter of the Quran): Read and ascend through the levels of Paradise. He will go on ascending as long as he recites, whether reciting slowly or quickly.”

Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “There is never a day in which a servant awakens except that two angels descend upon him. One of them says: O Allah, give to the one who spends in charity; the other says: O Allah, bring destruction upon the one who withholds.”

This was tried by everyone of us. The ache of being prejudged as Muslim. All we ask non Muslims is to learn about Islam before offending us.
This is the same feeling that any person feels when being prejudged. And though we tried it because of being constantly prejudged, we still prejudge each other.
Translation: {O ye who believe! If a wicked person comes to you with any news, ascertain the truth, lest ye harm people unwittingly, and afterwards become full of repentance for what ye have done.}
Translation: {O ye who believe! Avoid suspicion as much (as possible): for suspicion in some cases is a sin: And spy not on each other, nor speak ill of each other behind their backs. Would any of you like to eat the flesh of his dead brother? Nay, ye would abhor it...But fear Allah. For Allah is Oft-Returning, Most Merciful.}

How was Jesus viewed in his lifetime?
In Islam, Jesus (pbuh) is considered a great Prophet of God, and is greatly respected. Over one billion Muslims around the world love and respect Jesus (pbuh) as an important prophet of God. Most Christians however, view Jesus (pbuh) as part of a triune God and also the begotten son of God. To get to the bottom of this, who better to ask then those that lived in the time of Jesus (pbuh)?
How was Jesus viewed in his lifetime?
Matthew 14:5
"And when he would have put him to death, he feared the multitude, because they counted him as a prophet. "
Matthew 21:11
"And the multitude said, This is Jesus the prophet of Nazareth of Galilee. "
Matthew 21:46
"But when they sought to lay hands on him, they feared the multitude, because they took him for a prophet."
Luke 24:19
"And he said unto them, What things? And they said unto him, Concerning Jesus of Nazareth, which was a prophet mighty in deed and word before God and all the people"
John 4:9
"The woman saith unto him, Sir, I perceive that thou art a prophet."
John 6:14
"Then those men, when they had seen the miracle that Jesus did, said, This is of a truth that prophet that should come into the world. "
John 7:40
"Many of the people therefore, when they heard this saying, said, Of a truth this is the Prophet. "
How did Jesus (pbuh) describe himself?
Matthew 13:57 "And they were offended in him. But Jesus said unto them, A prophet is not without honour, save in his own country, and in his own house. "
Luke 13:33 "Nevertheless I must walk to day, and to morrow, and the day following: for it cannot be that a prophet perish out of Jerusalem. "

al-Ghafoor
Al-Ghafoor (The Forgiving) : He is the most forgiving one. He veils our faults from the eyes of other men, from the angels and relieves us from the suffering of continual remembrance of our fault.
"... surely Allah forgives the faults all of them; surely He is the Forgiving, the Merciful" (Quran, 39:53).
"The One Who forgives the faults and who accepts repentance, who is Severe in punishing, the Lord of bounty" (Quran, 40:3)
