حکم فروش کتاب به شرکت کنندگان در مسابقه دینی - سایت جامع فتاوای اهل سنت و جماعت | Islamway: اگر هدف از برگزاری مسابقه برای ترغیب و تشویق شرکت کنند برای کسب علم و یادگیری احکام شرعی و یا بازگشت به قرآن و حدیث باشد، ایرادی ندارد که شرکت کننده در این راه پولی خرج کند و مثلا نوار یا کتاب را از برگزارکنندگان خریداری نماید.
اصل بر آنست که دادن پول توسط شرکت کنندگان در مسابقه جایز نیست مگر در سه مسابقه ای که پیامبر صلی الله علیه وسلم آنها را مستثناء کردند، فرمودند : «لَا سَبَقَ إِلَّا فِی نَصْلٍ أَوْ خُفٍّ أَوْ حَافِرٍ». أبو داود (2574) وترمذی (1700) وابن ماجة (2878).

Âdem aleyhisselamın hata yaptığı hadisine gelince, onlar: Beyhaki, hadisin sahih olduğunu söyledi, diyorlar. Zehebi’de bu kitabı övmüştür.
