MANY NON-MUSLIMS HAS EMBRACED ISLAM AFTER KNOWING SOME REASONS WHY THE MUSLIMS ARE TRUE FOLLOWERS OF JESUS (PBUH).
1) Jesus ( Pbuh ) taught that there is only One God and Only God should be worshipped as taught in Deut 6:4, Mark 12:29.
Muslims also believe this as taught in the Qur’an verse 4:171.
2) Jesus ( Pbuh ) didn’t eat pork as taught in Leviticus 11:7 ,
And neither do Muslims as taught in the Qur’an verse 6:145.
3) Jesus ( Pbuh ) greeted with the words “as salaamu alaikum” ( Peace be with you ) in John 20:21.
Muslims also greet each other this way.
4) Jesus ( Pbuh ) always said “God Willing” ( Inshallah ),
Muslims say this too before doing anything as taught in the Qur’an verses 18:23-24.
5) Jesus ( Pbuh ) washed his face, hands, and feet before praying.
The Muslims do the same.
6) Jesus ( Pbuh ) and other prophets of the Bible prayed with their head to the ground (See Matthew 26:39).
Muslims do too as taught in the Qur’an verse 3:43.
7) Jesus ( Pbuh ) had a beard and wore a throbe.
It is Sunnah for Muslim men to do the same.
Jesus ( Pbuh ) followed the law and believed in all the prophets,
(see Matthew 5:17).
Muslims do the same as taught in the Qur’an verses 3:84, and 2:285.
9) Jesus’ mother Maryam (A.S ) dressed modestly by fully covering her body and wearing a headscarf (HIJAB) as found in 1 Timothy 2:9, Genesis 24:64-65, and Corinthians 11:6.
Muslim women modestly dress the same as taught in the Qur’an verse 33:59.
10) Jesus ( Pbuh ) and other prophets of the Bible fasted up to 40 days (see Exodus 34:28, Daniel 10:2-6. 1Kings 19:8, and Matthew 4:1-
Muslims do so also during the month of Ramadan.
Muslims are required to fast the full obligatory 30 days (See Qur’an 2:183), and others take it a step further by fasting an additional 6 days to increase their rewards.
11) Jesus ( Pbuh ) taught to say “Peace to this house” when entering it
(See Luke 10:5 ), and to also greet the people in the house with “peace be unto you”. Muslims do exactly what Jesus did and taught. When we enter our homes and the homes of others we say “Bismillah” and also greet with “as salaamu alaikum” (Peace be upon you) as taught in the Qur’an verse 24:61.
ISLAM IS A GIFT FOR THOSE MANKIND, WHO THINK DEEPLY & REALISE THAT ALLAH (S.W.T) IS THE CREATOR OF ALL THAT EXISTS.
Why Islam and not other religions?
1- Islam gives logical and simple idea for God - He is a perfect God - He is neither a man nor a son of man nor an Idol or a Godhead (trinity) nor limited nor created - He is totally uncomparable, unique and to Himbelongs all the good qualities, names, attributes and oneness.
2-Islam accepts all Messengers and Prophets of God - about 124 0000 Messengers and 314 Prophets, peace be upon them all.
In Islam, we love all the Prophets of God and we can't deny any of them - while in other religions such as Judaism for example - they reject Jesus and Mohammed -- and in Christianity they reject Muhammad ... but in Islam,we accept all Prohets without discrimination.
3-In Islam, there is no mediator between you and God -- you can pray to God directly - there is no need for someone in between.
4- Islam is the Only religion that is Not named after a person or a tribe or a group, its name means submission to the One True God, if anyone anywhere at any time lived the life of submission to the true God alone , then heis a Muslim.
5- In Islam (worship) is not about mere rituals.it's a comprehensive term that includes any deed that pleases God.All good deeds are types of worship : smiling, being sincere at work, saying a nice word, and even treating one's spouse gently, all this is greatly rewarded by God.On the other hand, any deed that doesn't please God is a sin;talking bad about people is a sin, cheating, lying, hurting innocent people, harming the environment, etc.
6-In Islam, God is always Forgiving - if you always repent (before death ) He will just accept you no matter how great sins you did.He forgives us out of His own grace - there is no price to be paid in order for Him to forgive.So, it's not like Christianity which says that God can't forgive except by blood of Jesus.
7-Islam is a way of life – it organises each aspect in your life.It has solutions and divine guidelines to problems in your life .
8-The amazing sources of Islam were also collected and saved.They are intact, never distorted.This never happened to any book in history.These sources, the Holy Qur'an - the Speech of God, and the Sunnah - the Prophet's tradition - are conveyed through the uncut chain of known narrators who registered all prophet's tradition from His time up to now... besides the millions who memoriseit from cover to cover since that time up till today - Not to forget being documented in front of the Prophet, peace be upon him, by known companions.
The Holy Qur'an is the only book in the world which remained unchanged and intact for for more than fourteen centuries.
9-Islam prohibits blind following without knowledge and it invites us to use our brains to know truth, it is based on evidence and logic.The rational mind is the basis for religious accountability and responsibility.
The Holy Qur'an is 6236 ayahs ,verses, 1046 of which invite us to respect the mind , to think , mediate and contemplate, using the power of the intellect.Allah the Almighty asks us to give proof for anything.
10-the moral system of Islam is very high and perfect and thus the countries that apply Islamic laws in a proper way have less moral crimes.
11- Paradise in Islam is a real physical life for both Body and soul, you will go there , eating drinking marrying and meeting with prophets and having wonderful eternal life and free from doing work or worship;unlike in other religions which they think it is only spiritual life .
12- You won't lose Jesus if you accept Islam, but you will just correct your belief in him.In Islam, Jesus, peace be upon him, stands for a good position in Islam.He is one of greatest 5 Messengers of God (Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jesus, and Muhammed), peace be upon them all).Together with other messengers, they were all special and they were all humans like us.None of them is to be be worshiped ;we only worship God Who sent them .We believe that Jesus was a noble Messenger of God but not divine;we love Jesus and obey his true teachings.
