The Companions replied, "Yes, O Messenger of Allah!" The Prophet, peace be upon him, said, "Remembrance of Allah."
Narrated by al-Tirmidhi (3373) and Ibn Maajah (3790); classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Tirmidhi.

GIÁO LUẬT THỰC HIỆN HAJJ CHO NGƯỜI KHÁC VÀ ĐIỀU KIỆN.
▶️ ISLAM luôn là tôn giáo DỄ DÀNG và BAO DUNG.ALLAH Phán: ALLAH MUỐN ĐIỀU DỄ DÀNG CHO CÁC NGƯƠI CHỨ NGÀI KHÔNG MUỐN GÂY KHÓ KHĂN CHO CÁC NGƯƠI. [Surah Al-Baqarah, câu: 185]
▶️ Tất cả những giáo luật, giáo điều của Islam đều muốn đưa con người đến với những điều tốt đẹp và dễ dàng nhất, Sự BAO DUNG của tôn giáo Islam thể hiện rõ qua những cơ hội mà Allah tạo cho những bề tôi của Ngài.Như: Không bắt buộc nhịn chay tháng Ramadan đối với những phụ nữ mang bầu hoặc mới sinh con do sợ ảnh hưởng tới con nhỏ và họ sẽ có cơ hội nhịn bù lại sau này khi con lớn.
Và không bắt buộc Hajj đối với những ai không đủ khả năng nhưng họ sẽ có cơ hội thực hiện lại Hajj khi họ có điều kiện cho dù người muốn thực hiện Hajj có mất đi.
▶️ Giáo luật quy định:Được phép thực hiện hành hương Hajj cho người khác nhưng bắt buộc phải hội đủ những điều kiện:
1. Đã thực hiện Hajj bắt buộc cho bản thân.
2. Chỉ cho phép thực hiện Hajj cho người đã qua đời, người không có khả năng về sức khỏe, bệnh không còn hy vọng chữa khỏi.

▶️ BẰNG CHỨNG QUA NHỮNG HADITH:
1️⃣ Hadith:أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال له رجل: إن فريضة الله على عباده أدركت أبي شيخاً كبيراً لا يستطيع الحج ولا الظعن، أفأحج عنه؟ فقال له النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: (حج عن أبيك واعتمر). رواه الإمام أحمد في (مسند المدنيين) حديث أبي رزين العقيلي برقم 15751، والنسائي في (المناسك) باب وجوب العمرة برقم 2621
Người đàn ông nói với Thiên Sứ ﷺ: Quả thật Faridahd (điều bắt buộc) của ALLAH được đặt trên những bề tôi của Ngài cha tôi người đã già, lớn tuổi không có khả năng thực hiện Hajj và cũng không thể đi đường xa, Tôi có phải thực hiện Hajj cho cha tôi?. Nabi ﷺ đáp: HÃY HÀNH HƯƠNG HAJJ VÀ UMRAH CHO CHA CẬU. [Hadith Imam Ahmad và Nasa’i]
2️⃣ Hadith:أن امرأة قالت: يا رسول الله، إن أمي نذرت أن تحج فلم تحج حتى ماتت، أفأحج عنها؟ قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: (حجي عن أمك). رواه الإمام أحمد في (باقي مسند الأنصار) حديث بريدة الأسلمي برقم 22523، ومسلم في (الصيام) باب قضاء الصيام عن الميت برقم 1149.
Có người phụ nữ thưa rằng: Hỡi Thiên Sứ của Allah, quả thật mẹ của tôi có nguyện là sẽ đi Hajj và người không kịp thực hiện cho đến khi người qua đời, có phải tôi sẽ thực hiện Hajj cho mẹ của tôi?. Nabi ﷺ đáp: HÃY THỰC HIỆN HAJJ CHO MẸ CỦA CÔ. [Hadith Muslim và Imam Ahmad ghi lại]
3️⃣ Hadith:ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم سمع رجلاً يقول: (لبيك عن شبرمة) قال له النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: (من شبرمة؟) قال: أخ لي أو قريب لي، فقال له النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: (حججت عن نفسك؟) قال: لا، قال له النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: (حج عن نفسك ثم حج عن شبرمة)[4]. رواه أبو داود في (المناسك) باب الرجل يحج عن غيره برقم 1811.
Ibn Abbas [cầu xin Allah hài lòng về hai ông] thuật lại, Khi Nabi ﷺ nghe một người đàn ông nói: Labaika an Shubramah (Định tâm làm Hajj cho người tên Shubramah), Nabi ﷺ hỏi người đàn ông đó: AI LÀ SHUBRAMAH? Người đàn ông đó nói: là người anh(em) của tôi hoặc là người bà con của tôi. Rồi Nabi ﷺ hỏi: CẬU ĐÃ THỰC HIỆN HAJJ CHO BẢN THÂN CẬU CHƯA?. Người đàn ông nói: Thưa… chưa. Nabi ﷺ nói với người đàn ông đó: HÃY HOÀN THÀNH HAJJ CHO BẢN THÂN CẬU SAU ĐÓ HÃY LÀM HAJJ CHO SHUBRAMAH. [Hadith Abu Dawood ghi lại]

Approximately on August 20, 2018 Day of Arafah, yaum Arafa, takes place. This day is the ninth day of the islamic month Dhu l-Hiddscha. It is the second day during Hajj, the great Islamic pilgrimage to Mecca. On this day the participating muslims walk from Mina to Arafat, where they say their prayers together and wait for the sunset. After sunset, they rush to Muzdalifah, where they again pray together and spend the night. All muslims around the world, who are not able to witness Hajj spend this day in fasting and preparing for Eid ul-Adha, a celebration marking the end of Hajj.
