Lut's wife was not a lesbian. However she supported the people of the town and that's why she perished with them. Let that be a lesson for those Muslims who support gay marriages. You can't side against Allah with people who disobey Him.

Sometimes it takes sadness to know happiness, noise to appreciate silence and absence to value presence.
Whatever worship
Whatever worship we do in Laylatul Qadr, Allaah instead will record for us that we have been worshipping Him for over 83 years non-stop! And Allaah knows how much more! So engage much in worship during these remaining few nights of Ramadan.
We Have Reached the 2nd Odd Night - 23rd of Ramadan
We Have Reached the 2nd Odd Night - 23rd of Ramadan
Laylatul Qadr is better than 1,000 months of worship which is (more than, not equal to - a common misunderstanding) 83 years and 4 months. Allaah knows just how much more! So any good deed committed during this night, will be equal to committing this good deed for more than 83 years! It's wise to separate this time during the night for different acts of worship which are HIGH in reward: Fard Salah, Taraweeh, Sadaqah (also, charity on behalf of deceased loved ones), Dhikr, reading Qur'aan, repentance, etc.
REPENT during LAYLATUL QADR. It can erase all our sins to the extent where Allaah can cause the Angels to forget having ever written them in our book of bad deeds! This is what happens when a Muslim repents! So what about repenting during Laylatul Qadr?

One of the most beloved deeds to Allah
One of the most beloved deeds to Allah is performing your prayers in their proper time. Doing so is not only a great merit for the worshiper, but it also allows him to develop more Khusoo (concentration) since one does not have to scramble and rush through the prayers when deciding to perform them the last minute.
It is only when we give our prayers the priority over all worldly matters and it is only when its importance is magnified through our recognition that we will be able to understand its virtues and sanctify the sacred conversation with our Lord.
