1: Christians claime that prophet Muhammad (PBUH) stoned a woman to death, there is no where our prophet stoned anyone or killed anyone on his own hands. HE ordered both men and women to be stoned if they are married or married before committing the adultery, where Jesus ordered only women to be stoned, but not men.

4 They claim that prophet Muhammad (PBUH) permitted lying... Corrections: They just talk about one verse and they should know when is allowable to lie.
Prophet Muhammad said a person is not a liar when he is trying to bring peace in between two persons that got issues between them, e.g. if I say to someone, "you know what your friend that you had problem with him," he was talking good about you and he is regretting of what he has done to you, is it good to do this or bad?
When the person is saving his life and is in dangerous situation, is permissible to lie, is it bad to save your life? Is this not suitable reasons to lie? and so on... What would you do if someone wants to kill someone else and ask you where the person is, and you know where the person is, but you don't tell him about him, you said I don't know instead, so is it not permissible to lie at these situations?

Prophet never traded slaves and all were his wives, only 2 of them were kept in the battle and lastly he sat them free and he married them after they accepted Islam.

Aishah (May Allah be pleased with her) reported:
I asked the Prophet (ﷺ) "Have you ever experienced a day harder than the day of the battle of Uhud?" He replied, "Indeed, I experienced them (dangers) at the hands of your people (i.e., the disbelievers from amongst the Quraish tribe). The hardest treatment I met from them was on the Day of 'Aqabah when I went to Ibn 'Abd Yalil bin 'Abd Kulal (who was one of the chiefs of Ta'if) with the purpose of inviting him to Islam, but he made no response (to my call). So I departed with deep distress. I did not recover until I arrived at Qarn ath-Tha'alib. There, I raised my head and saw a cloud which had cast its shadow on me. I saw in it Jibril (Gabriel) (ﷺ) who called me and said: 'Indeed, Allah, the Exalted, heard what your people said to you and the response they made to you. And He has sent you the angel in charge of the mountains to order him to do to them what you wish.' Then the angel of the mountains called me, greeted me and said: 'O Muhammad, Allah listened to what your people had said to you. I am the angel of the mountains, and my Rubb has sent me to you so that you may give me your orders. (I will carry out your orders). If you wish I will bring together the two mountains that stand opposite to each other at the extremities of Makkah to crush them in between."' But Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "I rather hope that Allah will raise from among their descendants people as will worship Allah the One, and will not ascribe partners to Him (in worship)."

"It is enough evil for a Muslim to look down upon his Muslim brother. All things of a Muslim are inviolable for his brother in Faith: his blood, his wealth and his honour. Verily, Allah does not look to your bodies nor to your faces but He looks to your hearts and your deeds."
Another narration is: "Do not feel envy against one another; do not nurse enmity; do not spy on one another and do not cheat one another. Be Allah's slaves, brethren to one another."
Another narration is: "Do not have estranged relations with one another. Do not nurse enmity and do not feel envy against one another. O Allah's worshippers! Be brothers!"
Another narration is: "Do not estrange mutual relations and do not intervene into the transaction which is likely to be settled with another person."

Thabit narrated it from Anas: Among the Jews, when a woman menstruated, they did not dine with her, nor did they live with them in their houses; so the Companions of the Apostle (may peace be upon him) asked The Apostle (may peace be upon him), and Allah, the Exalted revealed:" And they ask you about menstruation; say it is a pollution, so keep away from woman during menstruation" to the end (Qur'an, ii. 222). The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: Do everything except intercourse. The Jews heard of that and said: This man does not want to leave anything we do without opposing us in it. Usaid b. Hudair and Abbad b. Bishr came and said: Messenger of Allah, the Jews say such and such thing. We should not have, therefore, any contactwith them (as the Jews do). The face of the Messenger of Allah (way peace be upon him) underwent such a change that we thought he was angry with them, but when they went out, they happened to receive a gift of milk which was sent to the Apostle of Allah (may peace be upon him). He (the Holy Prophet) called for them and gave them drink, whereby they knew that he was not angry with them.
