सैयिदा मारिया अल-क़िब्तिय्यह रज़ियल्लाहु अन्हा - हिन्दी: सैयिदा मारिया अल-क़िब्तिय्यह रज़ियल्लाहु अन्हा उन दोनों लौंडियों में से एक थीं जिन्हें मिस्र में बीजान्टिन राज्य के एटॉर्नी जनरल और इस्कंदरिया के राज्यपाल मुकौकिस ने पैगंबर सल्लल्लाहु अलैहि व सल्लम की सेवा में भेंट की थी, पैगंबर सल्लल्लाहु अलैहि व सल्लम ने मारिया रज़ियल्लाहु अन्हा को अपने लिए चुन लिया था और उनकी बहन सीरीन को अपने महान कवि हस्सान बिन साबित अनसारी रज़ियल्लाहु अन्हु को प्रदान कर दिया था। उन्हीं से पैगंबर सल्लल्लाहु अलैहि व सल्लम के बेटे इब्राहीम पैदा हुए। मारियह रज़ियल्लाहु अन्हा की क़ुरआन करीम में एक बड़ी शान है। अल्लाह सर्वशक्तिमान ने सूरत तहरीम के शुरू की आयतें उन्हीं के बारे में उतारी हैं।

In the Name of ALLAH, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.
All the prophets (may peace be upon Them) & righteous people grew beards. If there is any good in shaving beard, they would have been the first to shave their beards because these peoples presents themselves as an e.g for other people & guide to what is best & ideal.
As for the Moustaches, it is necessary to trim them because those who keep big moustaches find remnants of what they eat & drink lodge in them. Moustaches are usually dirty & untidy. This is also the style of non muslim.
The Holy Prophet (may peace be upon him) has said: "Go against the polytheists, clip moustaches & grow beards".

If you don't know who Blake is - He was a star Rugby League player who was having one of the best seasons of his career this year until he was dumped from the NSW Origin Squad and sacked from his own team Canberra Raiders for indecent assault and problematic alcohol abuse.
He hit an all time low and the media tarnished his image severely saying he doesn't deserve to wear a NSW jersey.As soon as he was dropped from the NSW squad, his cousin Anthony Mundine (Muslim revert and champion boxer) wasted no time in rushing to his aid. He drove straight to the NSW team hotel at 8 am in the morning and promised to stay by his side until things got better. He refused to label him as an alcoholic but rather said that he'll help him get through to the other side, as he's only going through tough times.
It has been a few months since then, and all I can say now is Alhamdulilah Allah/The One God [The Creator] has guided Blake to Islam (the submission to the Creator alone in peace) through the simple act of kindness and compassion from our brother Mundine. These are true Islamic values to look out for your brother (Muslim or Non Muslim) whenever they are in need. May Allah/The One God [The Creator] keep him steadfast and make his journey easy.
