The questions of how the universe originated, where it leads to, and how the laws maintaining its order and balance work have always been topics of interest. Scientists and thinkers have thought about this subject endlessly and have produced quite a few theories.
The prevailing thought until the early 20th century was that the universe had infinite dimensions, that it had existed since eternity, and that it would continue to exist forever. According to this view, called the static universe model, the universe had neither a beginning nor an end.
Laying the groundwork for the materialist philosophy, this view denied the existence of a Creator while it maintained that the universe is a constant, stable, and unchanging collection of matter.
Materialism is a system of thought that holds matter to be an absolute being and denies the existence of anything but matter. Having its roots in ancient Greece and gaining ever-increasing acceptance in the 19th century, this system of thought became famous in the shape of the dialectical materialism of Karl Marx.
As we have stated earlier, the static universe model of the 19th century prepared the grounds for the materialist philosophy. In his book Principes Fondamentaux de Philosophie, George Politzer stated concerning the basis of this universe model that "the universe was not a created object", and added:
If it were, then it would have to be created instantaneously by God and brought into existence from nothing. To admit creation, one has to admit, in the first place, the existence of a moment when the universe did not exist, and that something came out of nothingness. This is something to which science cannot accede.1
When Politzer asserted that the universe was not created out of nothingness, he was relying on the static universe model of the 19th century, and thinking that he was posing a scientific claim. However, the 20th centurys developing science and technology demolished primitive concepts such as the static universe model that laid the grounds for the materialists. Today, on the brink of the 21st century, modern physics has proved with many experiments, observations and calculations that the universe had a beginning and that it was created out of nothing with a big explosion.
That the universe had a beginning means that the cosmos was brought into being out of nothing, that is, that it was created. If a created thing exists (which did not exist beforehand), then it certainly should have a Creator. Being from non-being is something inconceivable by the human mind. (Man cannot practically conceive it since he has no chance of experiencing it.) Therefore, being from non-being is very different from bringing objects together to form a new object (such as works of art or technological inventions). It is a sign of Gods creation alone that everything formed perfectly all at once and in a single moment, when the created things had no previous examples and not even time and space existed in which to create them.
The coming of the universe into being from non-being is the greatest proof possible that it has been created. Consideration of this fact will change a lot of things. It helps people understand the meaning of life and review their attitudes and purposes. This is why many scientific communities have tried to disregard the fact of creation which they could not fully comprehend, even though its evidence was clear to them. The fact that all scientific evidence points to the existence of a Creator has compelled them to invent alternatives to create confusion in the minds of people. Nevertheless, the evidence of science itself puts a definite end to these theories.
In the next note, we will take a brief look at the scientific developmental process through which the universe came about.

Gayun paman mga kapatid Bilang Paalaala. wag na wag tayo agad umalis sa loob ng masjid at manatiling nakaupo at isagawa natin ang Du’a o Panalangin,. Maaaring manalangin tayo sa ALLAH SUBHANAHU WA TA'ALA sa sariling wika upang magbigay pagpupuri sa kanya, pasasalamat o paghingi ng tawad sa sarili ating nagawang kasalanan o sa mga naisin natin.. Maaaring din Du'a natin o humihingin sa ALLAH SUBHANAHU WA TA'ALA na bigyang patnubay ang mga mahal natin sa buhay tungo sa kaligtasan mula sa Parusa dito sa mundo hanggang sa kabilang buhay..
Ito mga kapatid ang mga kanais-nais at itinatagubilin na banggitin pagkaraan ng bawa’t Salah. Ang mga ito ay hindi sapilitan o itinakdang tungkulin, bagkus itinuturing na karagdagang pag-sagawa ng pagsamba upang matamo ang karagdagang biyaya mula sa ALLAH SUBHANAHU WA TA'ALA.
Ito ang mga sunod-sunod na Panalangin:
“ASTAGFIRULLAH” ( 3 ulit ) - Ako ay humihingi ng Kapatawaran sa Allah)
Matapos ang paghingi ng kapatawaran, kanais-nais na banggitin ang mga sumusunod:
''ALLAHUMMA ANTAS SALAM, WA MINKAS SALAM TABARAKTA YA DHAL JALALI WAL IKRAM''
(O Dakilang Allah, Ikaw ang Kapayapaan, at sa Iyo nagmumula ang kapayapaan, Ikaw ang Kataas-taasan, Dakila at Kapuri-puri)
Pagkatapos nito, kanais-nais na banggitin ang mga sumusunod na panalangin:
“LA ILAHA ILLALLAH, WAHDAHU LA SHARIKA LAH, LAHUL MULKU, WALAHUL-HAMDU, WAHUWA ‘ALA KULLI SHAY-IN QADEER”
(Walang diyos na dapat sambahin maliban sa Allah, Siya ay Nag-iisa, Siya ay walang katambal, sa Kanya lamang ang Kataas-taasang Kapangyarihan, at sa Kanya lamang ang Pagpupuri, at Siya ang Makapangyarihan sa lahat ng bagay)
Itinatagubilin din ito mga kapatid na idalangin ang alin man sa mga sumusunod:
'' ALLAHUMMA LA MANI’A LIMA A’TAYTA, WALA MU’TIYA LIMA MANA’TA, WALA YANFAU DHAL JADDI MINKAL JAD”
(O Allah, walang makapipigil sa anumang Iyong ipagkaloob, at walang makapagbibigay sa anumang Iyong ipagkait. Walang magagawa ang may kakayahan sapagka’t sa Iyo lamang nagmumula ang yaman at tagumpay)
“LAA HAWLA WALA QUWATA ILLA BILLAAH”
(Walang lakas o kapangyarihan malibang magmula sa Allah)
''LA ILAHA ILLAL LAAHU WALA NA’ABUDU ILLA-IYAHU, LAHU NI’MATU, WALAHUL FADHLU, WALAHUL THANA AL HASSAN”
(Walang diyos na dapat sambahin maliban sa Allah, at wala kaming sinasamba bukod sa Kanya, Ang tagumpay ay nagmumula lamang sa Kanya, Ang biyaya ay nagmumula lamang sa Kanya,Ang lahat ng magagandang pagpupuri ay sa Kanya lamang)
''LA ILAHA ILLALLAAH, MUKHLISINA LAHU DINA WALAO KARIHAL KAFIRUN”
(Walang diyos na dapat sambahin maliban sa Allah, at kami ay nag-aalay ng taimtim na pagsamba sa Kanya kahit na ito’y kapootan ng mga di-nananampalataya)

Kanais-nais ding banggitin ang mga sumusunod ng tatlumpu’t tatlong (33) ulit:
“SUBHANALLAH” - 33 (Ulit) - (Kaluwalhatian sa Allah)
“ALHAMDULILLAH” - 33 (Ulit) - (Ang Pagpupuri ay sa Allah lamang)
“ALLAHU AKBAR” - 33 (Ulit) - (Ang Allah ay Dakila)
Pagkatapos ng tatlong ito, banggitin na panalangin, isunod ang ito. :
''LA ILAHA ILLALLAAH, WAHDAHU LA SHARIKA LAH, LAHUL MULKU, WALA-HUL HAMDU, WAHUWA ‘ALA KULLI SHAY’IN QADIR”
(Walang diyos na dapat sambahin maliban sa Allah, Siya ay nag-iisa at Siya ay walang katambal. Sa Kanya lamang ang Kataas-taasang Kapangyarihan, at sa Kanya lamang ang mga Pagpupuri at Siya ang Makapangyarihan sa lahat ng bagay)
Bilang panghuli lage Tandaan mga kapatid isunod natin ang ilan mula sa banal na Qur'an tulad ng mga sumusunod:
bigkasin ang Ayatul Kursi (2:255). (1x ulit bawat salaah).
Bigkasin ito nang tig-iisang beses ang Suratul Iklas (112). Suratul Falaq (113), Suratul An-nas (114). Mula sa salaah Dhur, Asr at Isha'a at tig-tatlong beses naman sa Fajr at Maghrib.
Nawa sana mga kapatid sa islam. Makapagbigay aral ito, linaw, at karagdagan kaalaman tungkul sa ''TASBEEH (DU’A) - Pansariling Panalangin Pagkatapos ng Salah)'' at In Shaa Allah ipaabot natin ito sa mga kapatid natin sa Islam para sa landas ni ALLAH SUBHANAHU WA TA'ALA.

In 1647, The English Parliament passed a law that made Christmas illegal.
Christmas festivities were banned by Puritan leader Oliver Cromwell, who considered feasting and revelry on what was suppose to be a holy day to be immoral.
Anyone caught celebrating was arrested.
The ban was only lifted when the Puritans lost power in 1660.
However, the Puritans in America banned Christmas between 1659 and 1681.
