The famous Christian missionary from University of Oxford, Sir Willium Muir said :
"The recension of 'Uthman has been handed down to us unaltered. So carefully, indeed, has it been preserved, that there are no variations of importance, - we might almost say no variations at all, - amongst the innumerable copies of the Koran scattered throughout the vast bounds of empire of Islam. Contending and embittered factions, taking their rise in the murder of 'Uthman himself within a quarter of a century from the death of Muhammad have ever since rent the Muslim world. Yet but ONE KORAN has always been current amongst them.... There is probably in the world no other work which has remained twelve centuries with so pure a text."

It’s unbelievable how some people say they love Eshoa Msheekha [Jesus-Christ] and they cover the truth by discarding his language and where he came from just because Aramaic Language is closer to Arabic which is also a Semitic language. The Question is why? Because both prophets Eshoa Msheekha [Jesus-Christ] & Muhammad his brother in faith (as all prophets peace be upon them) called upon The One God by their own language ALLAH/ ALLAHA/AALAH (whatever is written in a transliteration) it’s the same!
Haters & Stubborn people who never seem to learn YES Eshoa Msheekha [Jesus-Christ] is A MIDDLE EASTERN who spoke ARAMAIC – Closer to ARABIC and both prophets called to worship The Creator without associating partners with Him in worship!

Iyad ibn Himar reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Verily, Allah has revealed to me that you should be humble, such that none of you transgresses or boasts against another.” I said, “O Messenger of Allah, what do you think about a man who reviles me in a lowly assembly and I respond to him; am I incurring sin?” The Prophet said, “Two people who revile each other are two devils accusing and denying each other.”

وَجَاءَ الْمُعَذِّرُونَ مِنَ الْأَعْرَابِ لِيُؤْذَنَ لَهُمْ وَقَعَدَ الَّذِينَ كَذَبُوا اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ ۚ سَيُصِيبُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِنْهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ
And those who made excuses from the bedouins came (to you, O Prophet ﷺ) asking your permission to exempt them (from the battle), and those who had lied to Allah and His Messenger sat at home (without asking the permission for it); a painful torment will seize those of them who disbelieve.
اور دیہاتیوں میں سے کچھ بہانہ باز آئے کہ انہیں بھی (جہاد سے) رخصت دی جائے اور وہ لوگ بھی بیٹھ رہے جنہوں نے اللہ اور اس کے رسول سے جھوٹا عہد کیا تھا۔ ان دیہاتیوں میں سے جنہوں نے کفر (کاطریقہ اختیار) کیا، عنقریب انہیں دردناک سزا ملے گی۔
