Supplication following the Wudhoo (ablution):
It is reported on the authority of Umar [may Allaah be pleased with him] that he said: The Messenger of Allaah [peace be upon him] said,
"If anyone amongst you performs the Wudhoo (ablution), and then completes the ablution well and then says: I testify that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is the servant of Allah and His Messenger, the eight gates of Paradise would be opened for him and he may enter by whichever of them he wishes.''

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم مَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ فَلاَ يُؤْذِ جَارَهُ، وَمَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ فَلْيُكْرِمْ ضَيْفَهُ، وَمَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ فَلْيَقُلْ خَيْرًا أَوْ لِيَصْمُتْ
Narrated Abu Hurairah: Allah's Messenger ﷺ said: “Anybody who believes in Allah and the Last Day should not harm his neighbor, and anybody who believes in Allah and the Last Day should entertain his guest generously and anybody who believes in Allah and the Last Day should talk what is good or keep quiet. (i.e. abstain from all kinds of evil and dirty talk).”
حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا جو کوئی اللہ اور آخرت کے دن پر ایمان رکھتا ہو وہ اپنے پڑوسی کو تکلیف نہ پہنچائے اور جو کوئی اللہ اور آخرت کے دن پر ایمان رکھتا ہو وہ اپنے مہمان کی عزت کرے اور جو کوئی اللہ اور آخرت کے دن پر ایمان رکھتا ہو وہ اچھی بات زبان سے نکالے ورنہ خاموش رہے ۔
