L’intento dell’autore è di spiegare come il Profeta (che Allah lo elogi e lo preservi) compieva le preghiere obbligatorie e facoltative affinché il musulmano apprenda la maniera corretta in cui eseguirle; solo così gli sarà ascritta l’intera ricompensa. al-Albani (che Allah abbia misericordia di lui) nel redigere questo libro ha inserito anche un’importantissima prefazione sul concetto di taqlid (il seguire in maniera cieca il parere di un sapiente), rispondendo ad alcuni dubbi che spesso sollevano oggigiorno le persone che seguono un’unica scuola giuridica in maniera ottusa; il lettore deve leggerla con attenzione per cogliere i tanti benefici che contiene.
