ዘካ ምጽዋት
ዘካ ማለት አላህ በሙስሊሞች ላይ ግዴታ ያደረገው ቀለል ያለ ገንዘብ መጠን ነው። የድሆችንና የምስኪኖችን ችግር ለማቅለልና ለሌሎች ዓላማዎች ባለሀብቶች የሚሰጡት ነው።
የምጽዋት ዓላማዎች
አላህ (ሱ.ወ) ምጽዋትን በሙስሊሞች ላይ ግዴታ ያደረገበት ከባባድ ዓላማዎች አሉት፡፡ ከፊሎቹን እንደሚከተለው እንጠቅሳለን፡
አላህ (ሱ.ወ) ምጽዋትን በሙስሊሞች ላይ ግዴታ ያደረገበት ከባባድ ዓላማዎች አሉት፡፡ ከፊሎቹን እንደሚከተለው እንጠቅሳለን፡
ገንዘብን መውደድ የሰው ልጅ ተፈጥሯዊ ባህሪ ሲሆን፣ ይህ ባህሪው ገንዘቡን በመያዝና በመጠበቅ ላይ ከፍተኛ የሆነ ጉጉት እንዲኖረው ያደርገዋል፡፡ ኢስላማዊው ሕግ ነፍስ ከዘቀጡ የስስታምነትና ልክ የለሽ የገንዘብ ጥማት ባህሪዎች እንድትጸዳና እንዲሁም ከቁሳቁስ ፍቅር እንድትላቀቅ ምጽዋትን በግዴታነት ደነገገ፡፡ አላህ (ሱ.ወ) እንዲህ ብሏል፡- ‹‹ከገንዘቦቻቸው ስትኾን፣ በርሷ የምታጠራቸውና የምታፋፋቸው የኾነች ምጽዋትን ያዝ፡፡›› (አልተውባ 103)
ምዕዋት መስጠት በማኅበረሰቡ መካከል የመደጋገፍና የመዋደድ መሰረትን ይጥላል፡፡ የሰው ልጅ ነፍስ ውለታ የዋለላትን አካል በመውደድ ላይ የተገራች ናት፡፡ በምጽዋት አማካይነት የሙስሊሙ ማኅበረሰብ አባላት ልክ እንደ አንድ ግንብ ከፊሉ ከፊሉን የሚደግፍና እርስ በርሳቸው የሚዋደዱና የሚደጋገፉ ሆነው ይኖራሉ፡፡ በመሐከላቸው ስርቆት፣ ዘረፋና ማጭበርበር በብዛት የማይታየውም በዚሁ ምክንያት ነው፡፡
በምጽዋት፣ ለዓለማት ጌታ ሙሉ ለሙሉ መማረክና ፍጹም ታዛዥ መሆን ይረጋገጣል፡፡ አንድ ባለ ሃብት፣ ከንብረቱ ላይ ምጽዋትን በሚያወጣ ጊዜ የአላህን ሕግጋት በመተግበርና ትዕዛዙን በመፈፀም ላይ ሲሆን በተሰጠው ጸጋ ላይ የጸጋውን ባለቤት እያመሰገነም ነው፡፡ አላህ (ሱ.ወ)፡- ‹‹ብታመሰግኑም እጨምርላችኋለሁ፡፡›› ይለናን፡፡ (ኢብራሂም 7)
ምጽዋትን በመተግበር ማኅበራዊ ዋስትና ይረጋገጣል፣ እንዲሁም በተለያዩ የማኅበረሰቡ ክፍሎች መካከል አንጻራዊ የሆነ የኢኮኖሚ መመጣጠን ይከሰታል፡፡ በተጨማሪም ምጽዋትን ለሚገባቸው የማኅበረሰቡ ክፍሎች መስጠት፣ ሀብት በተወሰኑ የማኅበረሰቡ ክፍሎች ውስጥ የተገደበና የተከማቸ እንዳይሆን ያደርጋል፡፡ አላህ (ሱ.ወ)፡- ‹‹ከናንተ ውስጥ በሀብታሞቹ መካከል ተዘዋዋሪ እንዳይሆን፡፡›› ይላል፡፡
ገንዘብን መውደድ ከሰው ልጅ የተቀረፀ ተፈጥሮአዊ መለያ ሲሆን ኢስላም ነፍስን ወደ ማንጻትና በገንዘብ ላይ የተንጠለጠሉ ወደ አለመሆን ተጣርቷል።

ምጽዋት ሊወጣለት ግዴታ የሚሆን ንብረት የትኛው ነው?
አንድ ሰው ለራሱ በሚጠቀምበት ንብረቱ ላይ ምጽዋት የማውጣት ግዳጅ የለበትም፡፡ ለምሳሌ፣ ዋጋው ምንም ያህል ቢወደድም የሚኖሪያ ቤቱ፣ እንዴትም ያለ ዘመናዊና የቅንጦት ቢሆንም ከቦታ ቦታ የሚንቀሳቀስበት መኪናው ላይ፣ ምጽዋት የማውጣት ግዴታ የለበትም፡፡ በሚለብሰው፣ በሚበላውና በሚጠጣውም ነገር ላይ እንዲሁ የግዴታ ምጽዋት የለበትም፡፡
አንድ ሰው ለራሱ በሚጠቀምበት ንብረቱ ላይ ምጽዋት የማውጣት ግዳጅ የለበትም፡፡ ለምሳሌ፣ ዋጋው ምንም ያህል ቢወደድም የሚኖሪያ ቤቱ፣ እንዴትም ያለ ዘመናዊና የቅንጦት ቢሆንም ከቦታ ቦታ የሚንቀሳቀስበት መኪናው ላይ፣ ምጽዋት የማውጣት ግዴታ የለበትም፡፡ በሚለብሰው፣ በሚበላውና በሚጠጣውም ነገር ላይ እንዲሁ የግዴታ ምጽዋት የለበትም፡፡
አላህ (ሱ.ወ) ምጽዋትን ግዴታ ያደረገው በግል ጉዳይ ላይ ግልጋሎት የማይሰጡ በሆኑ የተለያዩ ንብረቶች ላይ ሲሆን እነኚህ ንብረቶች በባሕሪያቸው እየጨመሩና እየፋፉ የሚሄዱ ናቸው፡፡ እነሱም የሚከተሉት ናቸው፡-
ለጌጥነትና ለውበት የማይለበስ የሆነ ወርቅና ብር
የወርቅና የብር ክምችትም ሆነ ማንኛውም ንብረት፣ ኢስላማዊው ሕግ የገደበውን መጠን (ሂሣብ) ካልሞላ፣ እንዲሁም ሳይቀንስ አንድ የጨረቃ ዓመት ማለትም 354 ቀናቶች ካልዞረበት በስተቀር ምጽዋት(ዘካ) ሊወጣበት ግዳጅ አይሆንም፡፡
በሁለቱ ማዕድናት ምጽዋት የማውጪያ መጠን (ሂሣብ)
ሂሣብ፣ ለወርቅ 85 ግራምና ከዚያ በላይ ለብር ደግሞ 595 ግራምና ከዚያ በላይ ነው፡፡
አንድ ሙስሊም ይህን መጠን የሚደርስ ወርቅ ወይም ብር ካለውና አንድ ዓመት ከዞረበት፣ ከንብረቱ 2.5 ፐርሰንቱን ይመጸውታል(ዘካ ያወጣል)፡፡
ተቀማጭ ገንዘብና የተለያዩ የመገበያያ ኖቶች እንደ ዓይነታቸው በካሽ በእጁ ያለ ወይም በባንክ አካውንት ውስጥ የሚገኝ ገንዘብ ዘካ ይወጣለታል፡፡
የግዴታ ምጽዋት(ዘካ) አወጣጥ፡ የገንዘቡንና የመገበያያውን ነገር ሊገዛ ከሚችለው የወርቅ መጠን ጋር በማስላት፣ መጠኑ ወርቅ ዘካ ከሚወጣበት ሂሣብ ጋር እኩል ከሆነና ከዚያም ከበለጠ ዘካ ያወጣለታል፡፡ ገንዘቡ ከ85 ግራም ወርቅ ጋር ከተስተካከለ ወይም ከበለጠ፣ እንዲሁም በሰውዬው ይዞታ ስር ኾኖ ሳይቀንስ አንድ የጨረቃ ዓመት ካለፈበት፣ የንብረቱን 2.5 ፐርሰንት ዘካ ያወጣል፡፡
የወርቅ ዋጋ ከፍ፣ ዝቅ ሊል፣ ሊወዋወጥ ይችላል፡፡ በአንድ ሰው ላይ ዘካ ማውጣት ግዳጅ በሚሆንበት ወቅት የአንድ ግራም ወርቅ ዋጋ 25 ዶላር ነው ብለን ብናስብ፣ በዚያ ወቅት የዘካ ማውጫ መጠን ወይም ሂሣብ የሚከተለው ይሆናል፡፡
25 ዶላር/ግ.ም X 85ግ.ም = 2125 ዶላር ይሆናል፡፡ 85ግ.ም- ምጽዋት ማውጣት ግዳጅ የሚሆንበት የወርቅ መጠን ሲሆን ይህ ቋሚና የማይለወጥ ነው፡፡ 2125 ዶላር-በቀረበው ምሳሌ መሰረት ዘካ ግዳጅ የሚሆንበት የገንዘብ መጠን(ሂሣብ) ነው፡፡ ስለዚህ የዘካው መጠን- 2.5% X 2125 ዶላር = 53.125 ዶላር ይሆናል፡፡
ለንግድ የቀረቡ ዕቃዎች
ለንግድ የተዘጋጁ፣ እንደ ሪል ኢስቴቶች፣ ቤቶች፣ ሕንፃዎች ያሉ የማይንቀሳቀሱ ንብረቶች፡ ወይንም ምግብ ነክ አና አላቂ ሸቀጦች በዚህ ስር ይገባሉ፡፡
የዘካው አወጠጥ፡ ነጋዴው ለንግድ ዕቃዎቹን በሙሉ ዓመት ዞሮባቸው ከሆነ ዋጋቸውን ያሰላል፡፡ የሚያሰላበት ዋጋም ዘካውን ሊያወጣ በተነሳበት ዕለት ባለው የገበያ ዋጋ መሰረት ነው፡፡ የቃዎቹ ዋጋ የዘካ ማውጫ መጠን (ሂሣብ) ከደረሰ፣ ከሱ ላይ 2.5 ፐርሰንት ዘካ ያወጣለታል፡፡
ከምድር የሚበቅሉ፡ አዝመራ፣ ፍራፎዎችና የእህል አይነቶች
አላህ (ሱ.ወ) እንዲህ ብሏል፡- ‹‹እናንተ ያመናችሁ ሆይ ካፈራችሁትና ከዚያም ለናንተ ከምድር ካወጣንላችሁ ከመልካሙ ለግሱ፡፡›› (አል በቀራ 267)
ዘካ ማውጣት ግዴታ የሚሆነው በተወሰኑ የአዝርዕት ዓይነቶች ላይ እንጂ በሁሉም አይደለም፡፡ ይህም በኢስላማዊው ድንጋጌ መሰረት ዘካ የሚወጣለትን መጠን ከደረሰ ብቻ ነው፡፡
የሰዎችን ልፋትና ድካም ከግምት ውስጥ ከማስገባት አንጻር፣ ዘካ የሚወጣው ብዛት በዝናብና በወንዝ ውሃ በለሙና በሰው ኃይል ወይም መስኖ በለሙት መካከል ልዩነት አለው፡፡
እንደ ላም፣ ግመልና ፍየል ያሉ የእንሰሳት ሃብት፡ ባለሃብቱ፣ እነሱን በመቀለብ የማይቸገርና የማይለፋ ከሆነ እንዲሁም በግጦሽ ላይ ተሰማርተው ውለው የሚገቡ ከሆነ ዘካ ይወጣላቸዋል፡፡

Sometimes
Sometimes, in this life, one may achieve what one is dreaming about, be it good or bad. Some other times, it happens that, one may have to go through situations that could cause him give up, and he may find this life unfair.. in fact, this life is never fair, that is why there is Hereafter (Akhirah). Times may come that one will find himself bounded within four corners, though at large, not in a cage. These are times where he (man) is been tested, times he has to go through difficulties and challenges. “Do men imagine that they will be left (at ease) because they say, We believe, and will not be tested with affliction?” [Surah Al-Ankabout: 2].
Our beloved Prophet, Muhammad, may peace and blessings be upon him at all times, went through difficulties, Prophet Ibrahim also went through difficulties, as well as Ayyub, Isa, Yahya, Musa, Dawud, Zakariyya, Yunus, Yusuf, and the others may peace and blessings be upon them all. No prophet or messenger, unless he has experienced tough times. Mind you; these are the best servants of Allah, High and Exalted is He.
Verily, they are the chosen and honoured servants of Allah, to deliver His messages and guide their people, and yet He tested them, perhaps to make us discover the weakness in man; and to realize that no matter how, man has to struggle in order to achieve success.
No matter who or/and where we are, we have our strengths, but our weaknesses as human beings are always more than our strengths. “…and man has been created weak” [Surah An-Nisa: 28]. If the time comes for us to go through tests and challenges, we are to remember that we are not the only ones who are tested. Our tests no matter how, will still fall behind the tests the Prophets and Messengers of Allah went through. Sincere reflections are needed during such times. ”Did He not find you an orphan and gave you a refuge? And He found you unaware and guided you? And He found you poor, and made you rich (selfsufficient with selfcontentment)?” [Surah Al-Duha: 6-8].
The best way to deal with our difficulties is to turn to Allah and surrender to His decree. If you wish to de-stress then put forward your complaints to Allah alone. Just as the Prophets turned to Him in their times of need and difficulty. What better example for us? What better way to seek peace and relief except from the Giver of peace and relief Himself?
