MARY, JESUS AND THE FAIR JUDGE 💥(22)
The Quraysh found it difficult to accept the fact that a large group of Muslims had managed to escape their campaign of terror. Safe in Abyssinia, the Muslims now enjoyed the experience of not facing any opposition to their faith and way of life. The Quraysh, nonetheless, had a plan. They sent two of their very shrewd envoys, Amr bin Al-Aas and Abdullah bin Rab’ia to Abyssinia to have the Muslims extradited back to Arabia.
👉According to the plan, two representatives of the Quraysh
first met the Abyssinian bishops and bribed them in order to gain access to the King 🤴🏽. When they succeeded in getting an audience with him, they presented him with gifts from Arabia🎁.
Then they stated their case: “O King! Some foolish men from our city have taken refuge in your majesty’s country. They have abandoned our religion,
but rather than accepting your religion, they have invented one of their own. Their families, knowing of their delusions, have sent us to Your Majesty to bring them back home.”
👉When they had made their plea to the King🤴🏽, the Abyssinian bishops stood and urged him to grant their request. The King, however, was a very fair judge✊. He said that he would allow both parties to make their statements before making a decision. The Muslim refugees were summoned to the King’s court⚖️. Then the King questioned them why they had entered an unknown religion that had caused them to abandon their families and tribes‼️. Ja’far bin Abu Talib, the Prophet’s cousin, rose on behalf of the Muslims and said: “O King! We are a nation steeped in ignorance. We worshipped idols, ate carrion and committed abominations. We neglected our kin and mistreated our neighbours. The strong among us devoured the weak. We lived thus until Allah raised among us a messenger💥, of whose noble lineage, truthfulness, honesty and purity were all aware.🌠
“He invited us to acknowledge the Oneness of God, to worship Allah, and to renounce the stones and idols we and our forefathers used to venerate. He enjoined upon us to speak the truth, to keep our word, and to be kind and considerate to our relatives and neighbours. He forbade us to shed blood, to act wantonly, to lie and to deceive others. He forbade us to encroach upon the property of orphans or to vilify chaste women.
“He commanded us to worship
Allah alone ☝️without associating anything with Him. He ordered us to pray, to fast, and to pay the poor their due💰. We acknowledged he was Allah’s messenger and believed in him. We followed him in whatever he brought from Allah, and we worshipped only one God without associating anything with Him. We treated as unlawful what he forbade and embraced what he made lawful for us. At this, our people were estranged. They persecuted us, tried to seduce us from our faith and force us to return to idolatry, pressing us to return to the abominations we used to commit earlier⚔️. When they tortured us, ground us under their tyranny and stood between us and our religion, we fled to your country, choosing you above others for refuge. We have come here, O King, to your country seeking your protection. We hope that we shall not be dealt with unjustly🛡️.”
The King listened patiently to Ja’far. The he asked Ja’far if he could recite something that had been revealed to Muhammad ﷺ. Ja’far then recited the opening verses of Surah Maryam, named after Mary❣️, the mother of Jesus💌. The King wept until tears flowed down to his beard, and the bishops were also overcome. “Truthfully, this and what Jesus brought are from the same divine light.💢💭💥
Then turning to the envoys of the Quraysh, the King siad, “You may go. By God, I shall never give them to you, not will they be ill-treated.❣️
The two envoys from the Quraysh now changed their tactics.
The next day they returned to the King’s court and made another attempt to convince the King to expel the Muslims from his country. Amr tried to incite the King against the Muslims. “O King! They assert a dreadful thing about Jesus which is too shameful to be repeated before you.‼️
The King again summoned the Muslims to his court and questioned them about their belief regarding jesus.
Ja’far bin Abi Talib replied: “We say about him that which our Prophet ﷺ has taught us. Jesus was a human being and Allah’s Prophet. He was a spirit and a word cast unto the blessed virgin Maryam.”
The King took a straw from the ground and said: “By God, Jesus, the son of Mary, does not exceed what you have said by the length of this straw. Go and live in my territory in peace and security. Those who ill-treat you will be punished. I shall not give you any trouble even if I were offered a mountain of gold in exchange.”❣️
The King then ordered that all the gifts🎁 brought by the envoys from the Quraysh be returned🚫↩️. Having failed miserably, the two envoys left for Arabia in great shame.👎
The Quraysh were very angry about what had happened in Abyssinia. The defeat the pagans suffered at the Abyssinian court gave them further cause to hate Islam.💔
👉From this point onward, Atiba bin Abi Lahab, who at became a source of constant irritation for the Prophet ﷺ. He once tore the Prophet’s ﷺ clothes and spat in his face. “O Allah,” the Prophet ﷺ said in response, “set one of your dogs on him🤲.”
BUT ALLAH WILL ACCEPT THE PROPHET ﷺ DUAA 🤲 ,AND SOMETHING TERRIBLE WILL HAPPEN TO ATIBA.

Ameer ul Momineen Imam ‘Ali says: Destroy images and level/raze graves to the ground!
The following Shi’i narration is one of thousands that most Shi’ites are not aware of due to their “scholars” either hiding it, watering it down or applying other apologetic excuses in order to brush the true monotheistic and Prophetic heritage of the Ahl Al-Bayt under the carpet whilst upholding all the kufr and shirk narrations (fabrications) attributed to the Ahl Al-Bayt.

Translation:
From Abu Abdillah (Al-Sadiq): “The Chief of the Believers (i.e. Ali ibn Abi Talib) said: “The Messenger of Allah sent me with the mission to destroy every [structure that has been erected over a] grave and erase every image.”
Similar narrations can be found in the books of the Ahl Al-Sunnah:
It was narrated that Abu’l-Hayaj al-Asadi said: ‘Ali ibn Abi Talib said to me: “Shall I not send you on the same mission as the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) sent me? Do not leave any statue without erasing it, and do not leave any raised grave without leveling/razing it to the ground.” (According to one report: and do not leave any picture without erasing it). (narrated by Muslim, 969).
Ibn al-Qayyim said: Tamathil is the plural of Timthal (statue), which refers to a representative image.
Imam Al-Shawkani (Ex-Zaydi Shia scholar from Yemen who became Sunni) said: The words “do not leave any raised grave without leveling it” means that the Sunnah is that a grave should not be made very high, and there should be no differentiation between those who were virtuous and those who were not virtuous.
As we can see, the Ahl Al-Bayt before anyone else, including ‘Ali himself during his own Caliphate. used to sent people with the mission to erase every image (what would ‘Ali do if he sees the images Shi’ites make in his name?) destroy/level graves and erected structures (with Prophet’s grave being a known exception as he was buried in his house that already had a structure above it), this must make them the first “Wahhabis” on earth. No doubt the Ahl Al-Bayt would be pleased with the leveling of their graves, just like it has been beautifully done in Madinah, in the Baqi’ ربما تحتوي الصورة على: ‏نص مفاده '‏GRAVE OF SAYYADNA AMEER HAMZA عنه تعالى الله رضي AFTER 1925 BEFORE 1925 Imam 'Ali says: Destroy images & level graves to the ground! Building mosques over the graves of Prophets and righteous people

Building mosques over the graves of Prophets and righteous people, or over places connected to their lives, is something which the perfect sharee’ah of Islam came to forbid and warn against, and curses those who do that, because it is one of the means that lead to shirk and exaggeration about the Prophets and the righteous. Reality confirms the soundness of the message brought by sharee’ah, and proves that it is from Allaah, and offers definitive proof that what the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) brought from Allaah and conveyed to the ummah is true. Everyone who looks at the state of the Muslim world and the shirk and exaggeration that have come about because of building mosques over tombs, venerating them, adorning them and appointing custodians for them, will realize that this is indeed a means that leads to shirk, and that one of the beauties of sharee’ah is that it forbids this and warns against it.
Among the reports that were narrated concerning that was the hadeeth narrated by the two Shaykhs, al-Bukhaari (1330) and Muslim (529) – may Allaah have mercy on them both – from ‘Aa’ishah (may Allaah be pleased with her) who said: “The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: ‘May Allaah curse the Jews and the Christians, for they have taken the graves of their Prophets as places of worship.’” ‘Aa’ishah said: “He was warning (the Muslims) against (doing) what they had done.” And she said: “Had it not been for that, the grave of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) would have been made prominent but he was afraid it might be taken (as a) place of worship.”
In al-Saheehayn it is also narrated that Umm Salamah and Umm Habeebah (may Allaah be pleased with them) told the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) about a church that they had seen in the land of Abyssinia, and the images that were in it. He (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “When a righteous man died among them, they would build a place of worship over his grave and put those images in it. They are the most evil of mankind before Allaah.” (Al-Bukhaari, 427; Muslim, 528)
In Saheeh Muslim (532) it is narrated that Jundub ibn ‘Abd-Allaah (may Allaah be pleased with him) said: “I heard the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) say: ‘I stand acquitted before Allah that I took anyone of you as a close friend (khaleel), for Allah has taken me as His close friend, as He took Ibraaheem as His close friend. Had I taken any one of my ummah as a close friend, I would have taken Abu Bakr as a close friend. Those who came before you used to take the graves of their Prophets and righteous men as places of worship, but you must not take graves as places of worship; I forbid you to do that.’”
There are many ahaadeeth on this subject. The leading scholars of the Muslims, the imams of all four madhhabs (schools of thought) and others, have stated that it is forbidden to build mosques over graves, and they have warned against that, following the Sunnah of the Messenger (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), sincerely advising his ummah and warning against falling into the same trap as those who came before us, the extremists among the Jews and Christians and their ilk among those of this ummah who have gone astray.
Some people use the story of the People of the Cave to support their specious argument that this is allowed:
“(then) those who won their point said (most probably the disbelievers): ‘We verily, shall build a place of worship over them’”
[al-Kahf 18:21 – interpretation of the meaning]
The answer to that is: that Allaah has told us about the leaders and powerful people of that time, and that they said these words. That does not imply that He liked that or approved of them, rather He said that by way of blaming them and condemning their action. This is indicated by the fact that the Messenger (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) to whom this verse was revealed and who was the most knowledgeable of people as to how it should be interpreted, forbade his ummah to build mosques over graves, warned them against doing so, and cursed and condemned those who did that.
If that had been permissible, then the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) would not have discouraged it in such emphatic terms, and gone to the extent of cursing those who did it, and said that they are the most evil of mankind before Allaah. This is sufficient to convince the seeker of truth. Even if we were to assume that building places of worship over graves was permitted to those who came before us, it is not permissible for us to follow their example in that, because our sharee’ah abrogates the laws that came before it, and our Messenger (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) is the Final Messenger whose sharee’ah is complete and universal. He has forbidden us to build mosques over graves, so it is not permissible for us to go against him. We must follow him, adhering to that which he brought and abstaining from anything from the ancient laws that goes against that or any custom that appeals to the one who does it but goes against that. For there is nothing more perfect than the laws of Allaah and there is no guidance better than the guidance of the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him).
Allaah is the One Whom we ask to help us and all the Muslims to adhere firmly to His religion and to follow the sharee’ah of His Messenger Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) in all that we say and do, both outwardly and inwardly, in all our affairs, until we meet Allaah, for He is the All-Hearing, Ever-Near. May Allaah send blessings and peace upon His slave and Messenger Muhammad and his family and companions, and those who follow his guidance, until the Day of Resurrection.
