Uma das coisas mais bonitas que encontrei no Islam quando encontrei pela primeira vez era a ênfase nas boas maneiras. Uma citação de um Sheikh uma vez feita em uma palestra, particularmente mantenho-a comigo: 'um muçulmano é feito de maneiras'.
Hoje em dia, algo estranho está acontecendo no mundo. As escolas estão se tornando conhecidas por maus modos, não só dos estudantes, mas também dos professores.
Há claramente algo errado. Por que há uma diferença tão grande entre o que Deus nos ensina e o que está sendo refletido na sociedade? A resposta é: maneiras.
O Profeta ﷺ disse: 'Nenhum pai pode dar a uma criança nada melhor do que boas maneiras.' [At-Tirmidhi]

Pare um momento e perceba que suas maneiras são uma das principais razões para Deus, para entrar em Seus Jardins do Paraíso. Você sabe quais são as maneiras que Deus quer ver em você? Você quer se motivar para dominá-los e para agradar o seu bem-amado?
Deus dirá: Este é o dia em que a lealdade dos verazes ser-lhes-á profícua. Terão jardins, abaixo dos quais correm rios, onde morarão eternamente. Deus se comprazerá com eles e eles se comprazerão n’Ele. Tal será o magnífico benefício! (Alcorão 5:119)

Por que quase todos os pais estão tão interessados em ensinar isso entre as primeiras palavras de seus filhos? Porque é fitrah (inclinação natural) para os pais quererem boas maneiras de seus filhos.

Você deve falar a verdade, por exemplo, não apenas porque a sociedade considera boas maneiras; Você deve falar a verdade porque Deus ordenou que você fizesse isso! Allah ﷺ nos disse quais são os bons costumes. Portanto, desenvolva seus bons hábitos apenas por causa de Deus, lembrando-se de seu relacionamento com Ele e buscando proximidade com Ele enquanto se concentra em seus costumes.
• Onde podemos encontrar o melhor modelo de bom caráter?
Como eu sei o que é um bom caráter é? Olhe para o profeta ﷺ. Ele é o exemplo perfeito de bom caráter, Allah diz sobre ele:
“Realmente, tendes no Mensageiro de Deus um excelente exemplo para aqueles que esperam contemplar Deus, deparar-se com o Dia do Juízo Final, e invocam Deus freqüentemente.” (Alcorão 33:23)
Como eu sei o que é um bom caráter é? Olhe para o profeta ﷺ. Ele é o exemplo perfeito de bom caráter, Allah diz sobre ele:

Quando apertou as mãos, ele foi o último a deixar ir. Ao falar com ele, ele nunca foi o primeiro a desviar o olhar. Para as pessoas mais compassivas e atenciosas - ele tirou o melhor em todos os seus companheiros. Da mesma forma, devemos tentar aperfeiçoar tudo o que fazemos, não importa quão pequena seja a ação!

سلطة مميزة وصحية من المطبخ المكسيكي إلى سفرة طعامك مع عائلتك.
المكونات:
2 افوكادو مقشر ومقطع إلى شرائح
علبتين من الفاصوليا الحمراء (400 غرام)
بصل احمر صغير مقطع إلى شرائح صغيرة
اوراق كزبرة كاملة (ربع لفه كزبرة)
1 كأس من الطماطم الصغير مقطع من النصف
½ ملعقة شاي كمون
صلصة توابل جاهزة من اختيارك (مثلا صلصة الليمون مع الكزبرة)
1 فلفل احمر حار مقطع قطع صغيرة (اختياري)
جبنة شيدر للتزيين (مبشور)
علبتين من الفاصوليا الحمراء (400 غرام)
بصل احمر صغير مقطع إلى شرائح صغيرة
اوراق كزبرة كاملة (ربع لفه كزبرة)
1 كأس من الطماطم الصغير مقطع من النصف
½ ملعقة شاي كمون

الطريقة:
- اقطعي الافوكادو إلى شرائح وضعيها في الطبق الخاص بالسلطة
- في وعاء مختلف اخلطي الفاصوليا الحمراء، البصل، البقدونس والطماطم ثم ضفيهم مع طبق الافوكادو
- ضعي مقدار 3 ملاعق صغيرة من صلصة التوابل في صحن صغير واخلطي معه الكمون والفلفل الاحمر
- ثم وزعي خليط الصلصة فوق السلطة
- للتزين ابشري القليل من جبنة الشيدر
- في وعاء مختلف اخلطي الفاصوليا الحمراء، البصل، البقدونس والطماطم ثم ضفيهم مع طبق الافوكادو
- ضعي مقدار 3 ملاعق صغيرة من صلصة التوابل في صحن صغير واخلطي معه الكمون والفلفل الاحمر

2 avocados peeled and sliced
2 cans of kidney beans (400g)
Small red onion, finely sliced
Large bunch coriander leaves roughly chopped
1 cup of cherry tomato, cut in halves
½ tsp cumin
Ready dressing of your choice (e.g. lime & coriander dressing)
1 red chili deseeded and finely sliced (by choice)
Cheddar cheese for decoration

- Mix the beans, onion, coriander and tomatoes separately then add them to the bowl with the avocado
- Measure 3 tbsp of the dressing in a different small bowl, then mix it with cumin and chili
- Add the dressing to the salad
- Top them all with some grated cheddar cheese
