In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.
The Beneficent
[55:2]
Hath made known the Qur’an.
[55:3]
He hath created man.
[55:4]
He hath taught him utterance.
[55:5]
The sun and the moon are made punctual.
[55:6]
The stars and the trees adore.
[55:7]
And the sky He hath uplifted; and He hath set the measure,
[55:8]
That ye exceed not the measure,
[55:9]
But observe the measure strictly, nor fall short thereof.
[55:10]
And the earth hath He appointed for (His) creatures,
[55:11]
Wherein are fruit and sheathed palm-trees,
[55:12]
Husked grain and scented herb.
[55:13]
Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny ?
[55:14]
He created man of clay like the potter’s,
[55:15]
And the jinn did He create of smokeless fire.
[55:16]
Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny ?
[55:17]
Lord of the two Easts, and Lord of the two Wests!
[55:18]
Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny ?
[55:19]
He hath loosed the two seas. They meet.
[55:20]
There is a barrier between them. They encroach not (one upon the other).
[55:21]
Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny ?
[55:22]
There cometh forth from both of them the pearl and coral-stone.
[55:23]
Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny ?
[55:24]
His are the ships displayed upon the sea, like banners.
[55:25]
Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny ?
[55:26]
Everyone that is thereon will pass away;
[55:27]
There remaineth but the Countenance of thy Lord of Might and Glory.
[55:28]
Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny ?
[55:29]
All that are in the heavens and the earth entreat Him. Every day He exerciseth (universal) power.
[55:30]
Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny ?
[55:31]
We shall dispose of you, O ye two dependents (man and jinn).
[55:32]
Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny ?
[55:33]
O company of jinn and men, if ye have power to penetrate (all) regions of the heavens and the earth, then penetrate (them)! Ye will never penetrate them save with (Our) sanction.
[55:34]
Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny ?
[55:35]
There will be sent, against you both, heat of fire and flash of brass, and ye will not escape.
[55:36]
Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny ?
[55:37]
And when the heaven splitteth asunder and becometh rosy like red hide -
[55:38]
Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny ? -
[55:39]
On that day neither man nor jinni will be questioned of his sin.
[55:40]
Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny ?
[55:41]
The guilty will be known by their marks, and will be taken by the forelocks and the feet.
[55:42]
Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny ?
[55:43]
This is hell which the guilty deny.
[55:44]
They go circling round between it and fierce, boiling water.
[55:45]
Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny ?
[55:46]
But for him who feareth the standing before his Lord there are two gardens.
[55:47]
Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny ?
[55:48]
Of spreading branches.
[55:49]
Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny ?
[55:50]
Wherein are two fountains flowing.
[55:51]
Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny ?
[55:52]
Wherein is every kind of fruit in pairs.
[55:53]
Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny ?
[55:54]
Reclining upon couches lined with silk brocade, the fruit of both the gardens near to hand.
[55:55]
Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny ?
[55:56]
Therein are those of modest gaze, whom neither man nor jinni will have touched before them.
[55:57]
Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny ?
[55:58]
(In beauty) like the jacynth and the coral-stone.
[55:59]
Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny ?
[55:60]
Is the reward of goodness aught save goodness ?
[55:61]
Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny ?
[55:62]
And beside them are two other gardens,
[55:63]
Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny ?
[55:64]
Dark green with foliage.
[55:65]
Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny ?
[55:66]
Wherein are two abundant springs.
[55:67]
Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny ?
[55:68]
Wherein is fruit, the date-palm and pomegranate.
[55:69]
Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny ?
[55:70]
Wherein (are found) the good and beautiful -
[55:71]
Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny ? -
[55:72]
Fair ones, close-guarded in pavilions -
[55:73]
Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny ? -
[55:74]
Whom neither man nor jinni will have touched before them -
[55:75]
Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny ?
[55:76]
Reclining on green cushions and fair carpets.
[55:77]
Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny ?
[55:78]
Blessed be the name of thy Lord, Mighty and glorious!

THE FLIGHTS OF BIRDS
Regarding the flight of birds the Qur'an says: "Do they not look at the birds, held poised in the midst of (the air and) the sky? Nothing holds them up but (the power of) Allah. Verily in this are signs for those who believe." [Al-Qur'an 16:79]
A similar message is repeated in the Qur'an in the verse: "Do they not observe the birds above them, spreading their wings and folding them in? None can uphold them except (Allah) Most Gracious: truly it is He that watches over all things." [Al-Qur'an 67:19]
The Arabic word amsaka literally means, 'to put one's hand on, seize, hold, hold someone back,' which expresses the idea that Allah holds the bird up in His power. These verses stress the extremely close dependence of the birds' behaviour on Divine order. Modern scientific data has shown the degree of perfection attained by certain species of birds with regard to the programming of their movements. It is only the existence of a migratory programme in the genetic code of the birds that can explain the long and complicated journey that very young birds, without any prior experience and without any guide, are able to accomplish. They are also able to return to the departure point on a definite date.
Prof. Hamburger in his book 'Power and Fragility' gives the example of 'mutton-bird' that lives in the Pacific with its journey of over 15,000 miles in the shape of figure '8'. It makes this journey over a period of 6 months and comes back to its departure point wit a maximum delay of one week. The highly complicated instructions for such a journey have to be contained in the birds' nervous cells. They are definitely programmed. Should we not reflect on the identity of this 'Programmer'?

ولا خطر على قلب بشر..

ومن دخل إلى الجنة نسي عذاب الدنيا
ولكن لن يصل أحد إلى الجنة إلا بمقاومة شهواته..
فلقد حفت الجنة بالمكاره..
وحفت النار بالشهوات.. فاتباع الشهوات في اللباس.. والطعام.. والشراب..
والأسواق.. طريق إلى النار..
قال صلى الله عليه واله وسلم كما في الصحيحين:
حفت الجنة بالمكاره، وحفت النار بالشهوات
فاتعبي اليوم وتصبَّري.. لترتاحي غداً
فإنه يقال لأهل الجنة يوم القيامة: سَلامٌ عَلَيْكُمْ بِمَا صَبَرْتُمْ
فَنِعْمَ عُقْبَى الدَّارِ
أما أهل النار فيقال لهم: اَذْهَبْتُمْ طَيِّبَاتِكُمْ فِي حَيَاتِكُمُ
الدُّنْيَا وَاسْتَمْتَعْتُمْ بِهَا فَالْيَوْمَ تُجْزَوْنَ عَذَابَ
الْهُونِ
الدُّنْيَا وَاسْتَمْتَعْتُمْ بِهَا فَالْيَوْمَ تُجْزَوْنَ عَذَابَ

MOSCOW – Russia’s Orthodox archpriest Dmitri Smirnov has told congregants in his last Sunday sermon that the future belongs to Muslims, praising them for offering help to the needy without repay, unlike the Christians in this land. ( Note:This is what the Christian Archpriest said our intention is in no way to hurt the feelings of any Christian or anyone else we are just reporting the story).

“In fact, during their [Muslim] festivals, the people are scared to enter their areas (in Moscow) because tens of thousands of young Muslim men fall down on their knees and worship God,” World Bulletin quoted the archpriest on Wednesday, September 10.
“Where have you seen that many Orthodox men? You cannot see them anywhere at any time,' he added.

The archpriest comments came as he was recalling an experience shared with him by an elderly woman in his congregation.

According to the woman, Muslim drivers never took money when taking her to church, whereas Christian drivers were only interested in making money.
“A child doesn't take money from his mother, especially if she is going to pray,” the Archpriest said, quoting Muslim drivers, adding that Christian drivers would say “This is my job.”
“A Muslim bringing you to Easter or anything else is closer to the Messiah (Jesus Christ) than a Christian who wants money,” Smirnov told his congregation, “because the Christian driver has no mercy, pity or kindness in his heart.”
“A Muslim is not interested in gaining benefit from the old woman. Rather, the Muslim offers to take her around, take her to the landrette, pay her bills, take her to the market, carry her bags up to her floor or to her elevator (if she has one),” he said.
Smirnov went on to say: “For this reason, the future will belong to the Muslims. The future is theirs. They will plough this land, because today's Christians are not in need of these things.”
Islam is Russia's second-largest religion representing roughly 15 percent of its 145 million predominantly Orthodox population.
The Russian Federation is home to some 23 million Muslims in the north of the Caucasus and southern republics of Chechnya, Ingushetia and Dagestan.

This is a great example of the good manners and kindness that ISLAM teaches.
"God does not forbid you from those who do not fight you because of religion and do not expel you from your homes - from dealing kindly toward them and acting justly toward them. Indeed, Allah loves those who act justly." Quran 60:8
Islam teaches us to be the kindest to all people and merciful.
"Be merciful to those on the earth, so the One above the heavens will be merciful to you." [At-Tabarani and al-Hakim with a sahih (authentic) chain]
"Allah(God) is only merciful with those who show mercy to others." [Al-Bukhari]
Islam was sent as a Mercy for humanity and Muslims need to be that shinning example of it manifested on earth. So when ever you see innocent civilians, non combatants , journalists, being killed or beheaded know that this is not what ISLAM teaches or calls to.

ISLAM and Science
Upon studying the stages of fetal development, scientists have found that the bones are formed before the flesh. Such a fact was totally unknown at the time of Prophet Mohammad, PBUH. The holy Qur’an, however, has revealed it; Allah, the exalted says:
“Then We made the sperm
Into a clot of congealed blood;
Then of that clot We made
A (fœtus) lump; then We
Made out of that lump
Bones and clothed the bones
With flesh; then We developed
Out of it another creature.
So blessed be God,
The Best to create!” Muminun or the Believers: 14 (ibid)

الر كتاب أنزلناه إليك لتخرج الناس من الظلمات إلى النور بإذن ربهم إلى صراط العزيز الحميد
Alif, Lam, Ra. [This is] a Book which We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], that you might bring mankind out of darknesses into the light by permission of their Lord – to the path of the Exalted in Might, the Praiseworthy -
14:2
الله الذي له ما في السماوات وما في الأرض وويل للكافرين من عذاب شديد
Allah , to whom belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. And woe to the disbelievers from a severe punishment
14:3
الذين يستحبون الحياة الدنيا على الآخرة ويصدون عن سبيل الله ويبغونها عوجا أولئك في ضلال بعيد
The ones who prefer the worldly life over the Hereafter and avert [people] from the way of Allah , seeking to make it (seem) deviant. Those are in extreme error.
14:4
وما أرسلنا من رسول إلا بلسان قومه ليبين لهم فيضل الله من يشاء ويهدي من يشاء وهو العزيز الحكيم
And We did not send any messenger except [speaking] in the language of his people to state clearly for them, and Allah sends astray [thereby] whom He wills and guides whom He wills. And He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
