Allah. There is no god but He,-the Living, the Self-subsisting, Eternal. No slumber can seize Him nor sleep. His are all things in the heavens and on earth. Who is there can intercede in His presence except as He permitteth? He knoweth what (appeareth to His creatures as) before or after or behind them. Nor shall they compass aught of His knowledge except as He willeth. His Throne doth extend over the heavens and the earth, and He feeleth no fatigue in guarding and preserving them for He is the Most High, the Supreme (in glory).

Para aqueles de nós que usamos apenas du'a (suplica) quando estamos em extrema necessidade ou dificuldade, lembre-se que nunca devemos deixar de fazer dua para Allah. Isso porque fazer dua nos permite buscar a atenção de Deus. Além disso, dua semelhante às orações é um ato de adoração que simplesmente não podemos ignorar.
Allah diz no Alcorão:
“Dize (àqueles que rejeitam): Meu Senhor não Se importará convosco, se não O invocardes. Mas desmentistes (a verdade), e por isso haverá um (castigo) inevitável.” (Alcorão 25:77)

O Profeta (SAW) disse:
"Dua é adoração".

"Dua é adoração". Então ele recitou o verso (interpretação do significado): "E seu Senhor disse: Invoque-me [isto é, acredite na minha unicidade (monoteísmo islâmico) e me pergunte por qualquer coisa] Eu responderei ao seu (invocação) ... "

Nós, portanto, não devemos esperar para construir esse relacionamento com Deus que se pode construir através do canal de Dua. Devemos pedir a Deus com frequência, mesmo que seja apenas perdão por nossos pecados e agradecendo-lhe por suas recompensas.
