هل يجوز شراء منزل بالتقسيط، بدفع مبلغ لشركة لمدة أربع سنوات ثم تشتريه الشركة ويظل باسمها حتى يتم سداد باقي القيمة؟ - الإسلام سؤال وجواب: لا يجوز التعامل مع هذه الشركة لأمرين: (1) أنها تأخذ مالا مقدما من العميل، ولا يحلف سلف وبيع كما تقدم.( 2) أن المنزل يبقى باسم الشركة حتى يقوم العميل بتسديد كافة المبلغ. هذا على فرض أن الشركة تشتري المنزل لنفسها بالفعل، ثم تبيعه للعميل، وإلا؛ فإنها إذا لم تفعل ذلك، فهذا سبب ثالث لتحريم التعامل معها، ووجود سبب واحد من هذه الثلاثة يحرّم التعامل معها.

هل يثبت النكاح بشهادة الاستفاضة أو التسامع؟ - الإسلام سؤال وجواب: الشهادة بالتسامع، أو الاستفاضة، لإثبات الزوجية: شهادة معتبرة. لكن لا يجوز أن يقول الشاهد إنه حضر عقد النكاح، فهذه شهادة السماع والرؤية المباشرة، وليس التسامع أو الاستفاضة. ومن لم يتمكن من إثبات النكاح في بلده، فيمكنه أن يثبته في بلد مجاور يكتفي فيه القاضي بشهادة الاستفاضة.
