•• وقد سئل فضيلة الشيخ|| حسن مأمون مفتي الديار المصرية سؤالًا حول الطواف بالأضرحة والتوسل بها، نشرته مجلة الإذاعة المصرية سنة (1957م) هذا نصه:

-- ما حكم الشرع في زيارة الأضرحة (أضرحة الأولياء) والطواف بالمقصورة وتقبيلها والتوسل بالأولياء؟

الجواب:

أود أن أذكر أولًا: أن أصل الدعوة الإسلامية يقوم علي #التوحيد ، والإسلام يحارب جاهدًا كل ما يقرب الإنسان من مزالق #الشرك_بالله، ولا شك أن التوسل بالأضرحة والموتى، أحد هذه المزالق، وهي رواسب جاهلية، فلو نظرنا إلي ما قاله المشركون عندما نعي عليهم الرسول -صلوت ربي وسلامه عليه- عبادتهم للأصنام، قالوا له: " ما نعبدهم إلا ليقربونا الي الله زلفى" فهي #نفس_الحجة التي يسوقها اليوم الداعون للتوسل بالأولياء لقضاء حاجة عند الله، أوالتقرب منه، ومن مظاهر هذه الزيارات؛ أفعال تتنافي مع عبادات إسلامية ثابتة، #فالطواف في الإسلام لم يشرع الإ حول الكعبة، وكل طواف -يقصد منه التعبد- حول أى مكان أخر #حرام_شرعًا، والتقبيل في الإسلام لم يسن إلا للحجر الأسود ، وحتي الحجر الأسود قال فيه سيدنا عمر رضوان الله عليه- وهو يقبله: "والله لولا أني رأيت رسول الله يقبلك ما فعلت". فتقبيل الأعتاب أو نحاس الضريح، أو أي مكان به حرام قطعًا.

-- وتأتي بعد ذلك الشفاعة، وهذه في الآخرة غيرها في الدنيا، فالشفاعة ارتبطت في أذهاننا بما يحدث في هذه الحياة من توسط إنسان لآخر أخطا عند رئيسه، وبيده أمره، يطلب إليه أن يغفر له هذا الخطأ، وإن كان المخطئ لا يستحق العفو والمغفرة، غير أن الله -سبحانه وتعالي- قد حدد طريق الشفاعة في الآخره، فهذه الشفاعة لن تكون إلا لمن يرتضي الله لهم أن يشفعوا، لأشخاص يستحقون هذه الشفاعة، وهؤلاء أيضا يحددهم الله.

-- إذن فكل هذا متعلق بإذن الله وحكمه، فإذا نحن سبقنا هذا الحكم بطلب الشفاعة من أي إنسان، فإن هذا عبث؛ لأننا لا نستطيع أن نعرف من سيأذن الله لهم بالشفاعة ومن يشفعهم فيهم.

-- وعلي ذلك يتضح أن كل زيارة للأضرحة والطواف حولها والتوسل بها، وتقبيل الأعتاب أو نحاس الضريح، أو أي مكان به حرام قطعًا.
