As Muslims we have to pray 5 times a day, everyday, on time. If Facebook or another other social media outlet is taking you away from Allah, by making you believe that your still doing something beneficial. Then tell that silly rascal Shaytan to go to his corner and cry, because you do have to make your Salat. There is no excuse for anyone to leave the presence of Allah, for the presence of anyone else.
Just tell yourself, when your Nafs wants to just chill out, or relax, or maybe you are tired. So what, do your Salat.
