hadith

Ibn Mas’ud reported: On one occasion, the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, delayed the night prayer and came out to the mosque while the people were waiting for prayer. The Prophet said, “Are you not the only people among the religions remembering Allah at this hour?” Then Allah revealed the verses, “Not all the people of the Book are the same…” until he reached the verse, “And whatever good they do it will never be removed from them; and Allah is knowing of the righteous.” (3:113-115)
