how to overcome this can he continues to pay interest with installment ...

Assalamualaikum hamare ek bhai ne finance se two wheeler li hai jis k wo regular installment adaa karte hain , lekin jb un ko btaya gaya k sood dena b gunah hai to ab wo tauba karna chahte hain lekin wo two wheeler cash me kharidne ki haisiat nai rakhte aur two wheeler un k liye bhot zyada zruri hai ....... Please suggest how to overcome this can he continues to pay interest with installment ......... Jazak Allahu khaira

Praise be to Allah:

He purchased bike on installment and paying interest now he don't want to pay the interest as he come to know the its Harram in Islam, now he don't want to pay .

1) First He avoid to pay the interest by giving the Cash to the Financial Institution, If he can't effort to pay the whole, then he should take the money from the person who is not demanding any interest on it means any Brother in Islam friends or Relatives take the help of them and In Shaa Allah even they will get Sawab for helping him not letting him to do Harram work.

2) If he paid the Half of the installment or most of them, now he don't want to loose the bike then, pay whatever installment left and see to it not to involved in again in any such thing, which is against Islam. And Ask to for the forgiveness for what he did in ignorance.

3) If he really want get rid of paying Riba then, What should he do what ever installment is left means out of 50,000 he paid 30,000 and 20,000 yet to paid, Then He can sold the bike at the less price then actually and pay the remaining installment amount completely he may lose with some money but He can save himself from Kabera Gunah.

4) If he really don't want to pay the interest as its harram and he want to repent then approach the Financial institution and make them clear that I don't want this bike so take it bake or sale it , whatever amount you get excess then give me back.

I having bike is not compulsory in Islam, but following the commandment of Allah and his messenger of Allah is compulsory.

We should know that this life is just for test and very little and actual life is life of hereafter.

"life of this world only Enjoyment of deception"
[Al-Qur'an ch 3 Verse 185]

": He will say: "Ye stayed not but a little,- if ye had only known!
They will say: "We stayed a day or part of a day: but ask those who keep account."
[Al-Qur'an ch 23 Verse 113-114]

Comparing to this life to the hereafter life. This life of the world is nothing, Islam don't prohibit to having luxurious life but its should lead or obtain according to the Qur'an and Sahi Hadith.
