-- Is there anything in Islam as New Year's eve?

-- Is there anything in Islam as New Year's eve?
Yes, but it's just another day on the calendar
but is there anything in Islam about celebrating it like people do nowadays?
Waiting for the last hours, staying awake so that one can do haram
So that one can disobey Allah, and cause fitna.
Is that permissible in islam? that we disobey Allah and choose haram matters while avoiding the things which bring us closer to Allah.
We have been given two gifts by Allah, two celebrations for the belivers, for the nation that is the best of nations. Eid ul Fitr and Eid ul Adha. Those two days are for us Muslims prescribed by Allah Himself, yet we follow the disbelivers in their haram celebrations.
-- And in the night of New Year's Eve, there are those who wait to do haram.
And in the night of New Years's Eve, there are those who stand in Salah, praising Allah and asking for His Mercy.
-- Decide for yourself, who shall receive the reward of this world and the hereafter, who shall be the real winners in both worlds, and on the other side what shall befall the ones seeking the ways of the dunya only and its forbidden things and thus trying very hard to have a place in the eternal fire.
-- O Muslims, remember one day you shall stand before your Lord and Creator Allah on the Day of Judgement and you shall have to answer for your deeds, do justice to yourself and stay steadfast to the Sunnah and the Quran. In islam everyone can be a winner, help others find the right path and help those who are astray by educating them in the kindest manner.
-- Narrated Abdullah ibn Umar:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: He who copies any people is one of them.
Sunan Abu Dawud 4031
