Notes on Arabic, Hebrew and Latin transliterations - In order to take full advantage of this feature I highly recommend installing the following Unicode fonts: Lateef (Arabic), Ezra SIL(Hebrew) and Charis SIL (Latin). Please note that this feature might still have some bugs and quirks that needs sorting out. Any feedback is highly appreciated. Thanks!Notes on Greek New Testament editions - If you are experiencing problems properly displaying the Greek Unicode characters, then please consider downloading and installing theGalatia SIL Greek Unicode Font [scripts.sil.org].
Notes on non-unicode fonts - Support for non-unicode fonts has been added and has the status experimental. A known quirk is that the line-breaks does not work as wanted when a verse is split over two or more lines. This will be fixed as soon as I've come up with a satisfying technical solution to solve it.
Notes on eastern vowel signs - Support for eastern vowel signs has been added and has the status experimental. Most of the words should be properly vocalized, but some (mostly names) might display the wrong vowel signs, i.e the vowel signs will show a western pronunciation instead of an eastern pronunciation. This is because in order to get a text with eastern vowel signs I have converted the western vowel signs found in the UBS Peshitta into eastern vowel signs using rules and patterns that I've figured out by studying a Peshitta text that uses eastern vowel signs. This conversion will be refined over time as I update these rules and patterns with more detailed exceptions. Also, support for eastern vowel signs isn't system wide, it's currently only supported on this page.

hadith

Daily Hadith – 113
Narrated Abu Hurairah: Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) said: “Angels come to you in succession by night and day and all of them get together at the time of the Fajr and ‘Asr prayers. Those who have passed the night with you (or stayed with you) ascend (to the Heaven) and Allah asks them, though He knows everything about you, well, “In what state did you leave my slaves?” The angels reply: “When we left them they were praying and when we reached them, they were praying.”

‘Astaghfirullah al-Adhiim al-lathii laa ‘ilaaha ‘illaa Huwal Hayyul Qayyuumu wa ‘atuubu ‘ilayhi.
‘I seek the forgiveness of Allah the Mighty, Whom there is none worthy of worship except Him, the Living, the Self-Subsisting and Supporter of all, and I turn to Him in repentance.’

What a madness!!! is this God?

The Little Flowers

The Little Flowers

Being in the middle of a newly bloomed garden with cool breeze early in the morning nourishes our feelings. Spending time with little , who look like buds waiting to blossom, gives us the same kind of refreshment. These little flowers of our ummah can pour joy and happiness into our lives. Noisy chit chats, innocent giggles, messy acts and pure smiles bring tranquility to our hearts.
Subhan , kids are an amaanat from  Allah Subhanahu-wa-Taala . They are but a trust from Allah Allah Subhanahu-wa-Taalaand we should handle them with extra care. We, as guardians, will be questioned about how we exercised our responsibilities while taking care of our amaanat.
Narrated ‘Abdullah bin ‘Umar MALE radi-allahu-anhu :
The Messenger of Allah  SAW   said: Each of you is a shepherd and each of you is responsible for his flock. The amir (ruler) who is over the people is a shepherd and is responsible for his flock ; a man is a shepherd in charge of the inhabitants of his household and he is responsible for his flock ; a woman is a shepherdess in charge of her husband’s house and children and she is responsible for them; and a man’s slave is a shepherd in charge of his master’s property and he is responsible for it. So each of you is a shepherd and each of you is responsible for his flock. (Abu Dawood  : Book 20, Hadith 1)
Once, I happened to be with a group of “buds” around me, all around five years of age. We had a lot of fun. No matter what question I asked them, they were brave enough to give an answer with whatever little knowledge they had. They were not reluctant to answer and they never hesitated to say a big “NO”, showcasing their denial.
When they were asked about crayons, shoes, fancy hair clips and candies; they enthusiastically answered. When I asked, “Who is Allah?” I saw happiness vanish from their faces. They started taking a few steps away from me. Some of them were too scared to finish chewing their candies in their mouths. I was wondering what could have gone wrong.
And then came a little boy, Aflal. He took my palm and placed his little, soft palms in between. I gave him a hug to make him feel comfortable and waited for him to pour his heart out. He said “Allah is…. Allah burns us.. and punishes us… ummm…… He puts us in hell…”.
I could not believe myself. Who could teach something like this to these little hearts. I could not stand what I heard. Without further delay, others joined him. They opened their eyes widely, lifted their eyebrows and explained how Allah  Allah Subhanahu-wa-Taala punishes kids who lie, who do not eat food, who bring their lunchboxes filled with food back home from school and who do not finish their homework.
Yes, I got the point. I understood that the tool some  used was to terrify their kids with Allah’s  Allah Subhanahu-wa-Taala   punishment and hellfire to frighten them. When things went out of their control, they scared their kids by   Allah Subhanahu-wa-Taala , saying He is rude, He is not good, He punishes, He hurts, He burns people in hell, etc. They felt they could control these little hearts for a short period of time, but they did not realize the dangerous consequences they would have to face because of this senseless act. Most parents have failed to understand that they have been committing a sin by telling lies about Allah  Allah Subhanahu-wa-Taala .
Acquiring wrong information about Allah Allah Subhanahu-wa-Taala during childhood can cause spiritual traumas that are dangerous for kids and adolescents. They may start to see Allah  Allah Subhanahu-wa-Taala as a negative threat to their lives. To avoid this perilous and unhealthy spiritual condition, we should stop misinterpreting Allah’s  Allah Subhanahu-wa-Taala   attributes and start introducing Him to kids in away He should be introduced.
It is impossible to restrict the description of Allah  Allah Subhanahu-wa-Taala ’s  and  in a few pages. Therefore, to provide you with a very simple example, I have taken the very first verse of the Qur’an.
It says,
بِسْمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحْمٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
“In the name of Allah , the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.”
Allah  Allah Subhanahu-wa-Taala introduces Himself as “the Entirely Merciful “and “Especially Merciful”. The very first entry of His introduction itself exposes Allah  Allah Subhanahu-wa-Taala ’s graciousness, mercy, love and .
Also it is recorded in a hadeeth,
Narrated Abu Huraira MALE radi-allahu-anhu : Allah’s Messenger  SAW   said, “When Allah completed the creation, He wrote in His Book which is with Him on His Throne, “My Mercy overpowers My Anger.” (Bukharee : Book 59, Hadith 5)
The above two examples are two of the easiest and simplest evidences which support the fact that Allah  Allah Subhanahu-wa-Taala is merciful without a doubt. Allah  Allah Subhanahu-wa-Taala is Just when it comes to both rewards and punishments. We do not have any rights to create a false image about Allah’s Allah Subhanahu-wa-Taala attributes. It’s time parents acquired authentic knowledge about Allah  Allah Subhanahu-wa-Taala , so they don’t end up corrupting the pure Fitrah of their progeny.
Parents,  and guardians should collectively  realize that every kid has a right to know about Allah Allah Subhanahu-wa-Taala and thus, their primary education about Allah Allah Subhanahu-wa-Taala should be authentic. Our inculcation should be efficient and effective enough to reform our kids as brilliant Muslims, who turn to Allah  Allah Subhanahu-wa-Taala first and then, to the rest of the creation, for their needs.
