1439 years ago Allah sent Prophet Muhammed (ﷺ) as a mercy to all creatures to guide people towards righteousness and Monotheism. To be away from the worship of
all idols and false deities whether it be man or stone.
Today 1439 years later, the Ummah of Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) are on the path where they openly declare that Allah is not one, that Allah has partners, that Allah has children (God Forbid)
You may ask how are Muslims doing that? They are going in the path of disbelievers in their belief that Allah has has a son! By declaring merry christmas, the Muslims are confirming the Christian belief of today that Jesus was born whom they worship as the son of God...
O Muslims...look at where you stand today...this is not what our Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) came for...these celebrations are shirk (associating partners with Allah) and would anger Allah and you would face the severe punishment of your Creator.
Repent today and be away from such festives nor confirm their belief and greetings.
Islam recognizes Jesus (Isa) the Son of Mary as a man chosen by God to be a Prophet and the miracles he did by the permission of Allah.
Islam didn't come for Merry Christmas (christian belief of the birth of the son of God). It came to take us away from such beliefs and save us from Hellfire.
Islam came for La ilaha illAllah Muhammadur Rasool Allah (There is no God but Allah and Muhammad is His Messenger)

Abu Sa'id al-Khudri reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:
You would tread the same path as was trodden by those before you inch by inch and step by step so much so that if they had entered into the hole of the lizard, you would follow them in this also. We said: Allah's Messenger, do you mean Jews and Christians (by your words)" those before you"? He said: Who else (than those two religious groups)?
