The most authentic du'aa for breaking the fast is:
ذَهَبَ الظََّمَأُ وَابْتَلَّتْ الْعُرُوقُ وَثَبَتَ اْلأَجْرُ إِنْ شَاءَ اللهُ
Thahabath Thama wabtallatil 'urooq wa thabatal ajru in shaa Allaah. (Thirst is gone, and the veins are moist, and the reward is certain, Allah willing) [Ibn Maajah, 1/557]
