Humanity

Humanity has traditionally taken two paths towards God. The first is where humanity lowers God to their level where God becomes human and is thus imbued with moral weakness, physical limitations, etc. The second path is to elevate humanity to Godhood where humans become the "children" of God and partake in the divine nature.
Most ideologies take these paths, Judaism, Christianity, Hinduism, Communism, etc.
Islam rejects both these paths:
"They have taken their rabbis and monks as well as the Messiah, son of Mary, as lords besides Allah, even though they were commanded to worship none but One God. There is no god ˹worthy of worship˺ except Him. Glorified is He above what they associate ˹with Him˺!" - Qur'ān 9:31.
Rather, God is perfect in His nature, nothing can harm Him (therefore He can't suffer, He's impassible) and His attributes are inherent to His nature (as opposed to God gaining and losing attributes). Such a doctrine is summarised in the Qur'ān:
"Say, ˹O Prophet,˺ “He is Allah—One ˹and Indivisible˺;
Allah—the Sustainer ˹needed by all˺.
He has never had offspring, nor was He born.
And there is none comparable to Him.” - Qur'ān 112:1-4.
I invite you to submit to the Creator and you will be at peace with Him.
And Allah knows best.
