5 Prerequisites for Allaah to Accept the Tawbah
1. Person should accept that the act he is doing is wrong
2. He should immediately stop it
3. He should seek forgiveness from Allaah
4. He should not commit that act again
5. If he has taken something from any other human being and if he can return it, he should return it back. If he can undo the harm, he should undo it.
