Why Khidr killed the boy Vs

Killing infants in bible.

Dont forget your Bible says kill infants and the breastfeeding babies with no reason at all

That's barbarians' murder as in Samuel 15 : 3

Proof

Now go and smite Amalek, and utterly adestroy all that they have, and spare them not; but slay both man and woman, infant and suckling kid, ox and sheep, camel and ass.

As for the Ayah in Surah al kahf the Ghulam in Arabic language as in

Lisan Al Arab doesn't only mean a teenager but a youth as well

From teenager to youth ( until gray hair appears)

غُلاَم: (اسم)

الجمع : أغْلِمَة و غِلمان و غِلْمة

الغُلامُ : الطارّ الشاربِ

الغُلامُ: صبيُّ حين يولد إلى أن يَشبّ أو حين يقارب سنَّ البلوغ، ويطلق على الرَّجُل مجازًا

غُلامٌ مُرَاهق: مُقَارِب للحُلُم

غَلِم: (اسم)

شَابٌّ غَلِمٌ : شَدِيدُ الشَّهْوَةِ الْجِنْسِيَّةِ

غُلام :-

جمع أغْلِمَة وغِلمان وغِلْمة:

1 - صبيُّ حين يولد إلى أن يَشبّ أو حين يقارب سنَّ البلوغ، ويطلق على الرَّجُل مجازًا :- {فَبَشَّرْنَاهُ بِغُلاَمٍ حَلِيمٍ} - {وَأَمَّا الْجِدَارُ فَكَانَ لِغُلاَمَيْنِ يَتِيمَيْنِ فِي الْمَدِينَةِ} :-

Even in #Bukhari and #Muslim; Moses says about prophet Muhammad a Ghulam when the Prophet was 40 years old

"My Lord, he is a young man whom Thou hast sent after me (as a prophet) and his followers will enter Paradise in greater numbers than my followers."

Sahih Muslim 164 a

Ghulam in Arabic language comes from Ghayloumia which means lust

In Arabic language Ghulam is used for an adult too :

لَيْلَى الْأَخْيَلِيَّةُ:(٤)

شَفَاهَا مِنَ الدَّاءِ الْعُضَالِ الَّذِي بِهَا ... غُلَامٌ إِذَا هَزَّ الْقَنَاةَ سَقَاهَا

وَقَالَ صَفْوَانُ لِحَسَّانَ:(٥)

تَلَقَّ ذُبَابَ السَّيْفِ عَنِّي فَإِنَّنِي ... غُلَامٌ إِذَا هوجيت لست بشاعر

Therefore the consensus of scholars as narrated by Al Qurtubi about Ghulam in Quran 18 : 74 is not a boy but a criminal adut who is to be sentenced to death according to the Sharia of Al Khidr prophet

In Tafseer Al Qurtubi we read:

"The Almighty said: ﴿

A Ghulam

The scholars differed regarding the boy: was he an adult or not?

Al Kalbi said: It was an adult who was a bandit between two villages.

Addahak said He harmed his parents a lot by doing mischief

Ibn Abbas said kufr and Iman are attributed to those who are to account for it and there is no accountability before adulthood

The majority said he was adult.

This boy used to currupt in the land, he did crimes and used to escape to his parents to save him that what he did.

We know Al Khidr is a prophet In the Sharia so it is permissible to kill him in his Sharia because he was a rebellious adult.

Ibn Abbas said: He was a young man a bandit gangster

Add to this Quran mentions clearly why Al Khidr killed the criminal Adult which you will not find in Samuel 15 : 3 in which your god orders to kill babies barbariously

And as for the Ghulam, his parents were believers, and we feared that he would overburden them by transgression and disbelief.
